Ordered an Ice cream cake for my son. The lady who took my order was nothing short of rude and short. There was no explanation to any options she asked, and seemed annoyed I even wanted to order one after she told me to come back on Saturday. After asking about ordering one so I knew for sure a cake would be available I was told “i guess you can. What do you want?”, finished off with an eye roll and a huff. I asked for red and blue frosting, the frosting was white and the writing was red and blue. And that was it, no sprinkle, nothing. It really only said “Happy Birthday” in very amateur and shaky writing. The writing looked like something I would have done. It was not evenly spaced, let alone even centered in the cake. I will not be ordering a cake from here again as I was VERY disappointed. If it was me who picked up the cake, i would not have accepted it, however it was my husband.
My husband, our 4 kiddos6,5,4, and 2, and I all came in for ice cream around 4:30ish. My older 3 kiddos were a little indecisive about what they wanted. The staff were very patient and friendly. Ice cream was good and everything came out quickly.
Dairy Queen is the Truth. Always fresh and delicious - got some chicken strips and a blizzard cuz I'm dope and I do dope stuffFood: 5/5
This location is by far the best Dairy Queen! The manager rocks! Always very friendly and the food is fresh and hot!Food: 5/5
Good food. Probably on par with all other Dairy Queen locations. Friendly staff. Sometimes the line can get long in the drive thru with the inside closed for COVID, but if you want good ice cream, you do what you've got to do.
Well. Don’t take door dash deliveries late. 6 people standing around , sit in line for 30 mins. Terrible.
Blizzards are the best on a warm night! Lobby is not open and the drive thru was long, but the staff were friendly and fast! They did a great job!!
Placed my order at the drivethru speaker, then pulled up to the window and watched the staff stand around and talk while nobody served me. Plus, this place tends not to be very clean inside. There are better DQs around.
It was a quick fast meal and employees were very pleasamt
Used to be Good, But Poorly Staffed & Bad Service. My wife and I grew up with the Dairy Queen in Millard, but everyone who lives here knows the service has gone downhill in the last 5 years. I think it's because they can't keep good staff. 3 weeks ago, I ordered a Blizzard when I was the only person in line and had to wait 10 minutes to get served. I could see in the window, and I saw why. I watched the high-school staff through the service window leaning against the glass and chatting it up before finally getting around to working on my order. It was delivered to me half-melted. Simply no excuse when there's better competition literally down the street that serve ice cream with blended toppings. Take my advice, go to any one of the following within Millard instead: - McDonalds McFlurry is limited, but cheap - Sonic similar toppings & price point - Culvers better product - Freddy's better service All those places are bringing it and they want your business.
