Waited 10 minutes behind one single car to even place my order. Then got the food and it was trash. The famous bowl was so sad a pitiful. I don’t understand how service can be so bad in these ways when service was so slow.Food: 1/5
I would never send my worst enemy to this location. We tried to order food for our family. In the 3 piece meals we tried to order 2 legs and a breast. We were told their chicken is only sold in either white meat or dark meat and you could not mix. I tried to order 4 legs for a picky child. We were told they don't sell chicken that way. I have never ran across such a rude individual that is suppose to be a customer service advocate in my life. This location gets very little business and it is hard telling how long anything sits anyway. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Parking: Nobody goes there so there is always parking.
8 pm on a Sunday. Somehow they're out of biscuits, Pepsi, and potpies. So we tried to order without a drink and they refused to give us a discount. They were also charging for biscuits they didn't have. Why are they incapable of discounting if people don't want a drink? How are you ALWAY out of product? This place has had issues like this for at least a decade now. Half the time I come here they're out of CHICKEN. It's ridiculous
7pm on a Sunday lobby doors locked, go to drive thru wait in line 8 mins only to have a employee come out and put a paper sign up on drive saying out of chicken, he didn't even acknowledge me just walked away. I dove to 175 and center and gor chicken I will never go to to millard KFC ever again. Place is always empty with no customers I'm sure you will out of business within 3 months.
I had placed an online order at 8:40pm to be scheduled for pick up at 9:30pm mind you an hour and 20 mins before they closed but get told they are out of mashed potatoes and give me this old looking Mac and cheese instead and not even that I don't get my French fries, biscuits, the sauces that I had asked for or the "Saucy Nuggets". Lmfao. Thanks! Also, whoever worked the window that night you should really learn some customer service
Last 2 times I've tried to order from this location: Cash Only, Not open 10 minutes past posted hours/no one answered the phone when I called to inquire. Would not recommend this location, Seems poorly runFood: 3/5
If it's not one thing with this kfc, it's another. It's almost like they're afraid to make chicken 1 hour before closing if they're out. They can't take any cards, but they take cash. They don't have original chicken, but have extra crispy.Food: 2/5
Literally charged us for 2 meals, messed up, gave us one, made us pay for another. Didnt care to fix it, if he was the manager talking he wasnt a good one. F- Took forever too, Ill just go to Canes.Food: 2/5

Fried Chicken is a treat for our house. This chicken was obviously cooked for lunch but given to us during the dinner hour. Wont be back for anything. KFC should hold higher standards….lots of other places to get fried chicken. You are the OG!!! Be better!!!!!Food: 1/5
