Taste of the food was great like always at most Hardee's. Maybe a little more attention to food temperature and packaging. Drive-through employee was polite and professional

Smells like sewer every time we've been there and having a panhandler sleeping at a table isn't the best vibe. Food was decent and the cashier was friendly.Food: 4/5

I really like there sandwiches, but today it was awful the hamburger was raw I could not believe it, not a little pink but not done. I got a shake 5 dollars it wasn't to the top and then it wasn't even mixed it had clumps. This Hardy's location needs help.Service: 3/5

Stopped at this location because the app said they offered dine-in. Walked up to the door and it was locked! Went to the other door and it was also locked. Many people sitting inside eating at the tables, but no one would offer to let us in. Tried to get the attention of the employee sweeping the floor, but only got blank stares from him and everyone else. Felt like I was in an episode of the Twilight Zone! Finally gave up and left. Not sure what fire code is in Nebraska, but elsewhere it is in violation to have doors locked in a public building while it is occupied. Avoid this place! Zero Stars!!

Mobile app doesn't allow for customer to customize the sandwich to individual needs. Sandwich was not served "Hot" and the topping choices were incorrect . App Developer needs to review Hardee's competition app's they have all the options the customer needs .Food: 2/5

One thing i didn't like was one of the employees accidentally dropped a sandwich that was in the rapper and put it in the bag still. I'm happy it wasn't my food.Food: 5/5

Hot ham and cheese is the best. Drive through cashier was not happy though. He just seemed miserable. Which sucks because its not my fault he doesn't like his job. With every generation customer service just gets worse and worse, and we just keep paying them more and more.

Just got the new prime rib sandwich. Well total waste of 10+$ cause my large drink came to me as a medium on top of it. I won't go back and funny suggest any one else to

My husband and I went on a Saturday night about 7:30, we tried to dine in but the front door was locked but the sign says the dine in is open until 9. So we went through the drive through, we ordered a ham and cheese and a cheeseburger, it took them almost 30 min My ham and cheese was cold really no meat on the bun. the bun was burt the ham was dry and it tasted old. The burger was cold I don't recommend this place at all.
