Eat Fit Go offers a great location, knowledgeable staff, and delicious food to meet anyone's fitness needs. Their meals are prepared at a state of the art kitchen in Omaha, and packaged for customer convenience to eat in store or take to one's office, home, or school. Their prices are comparable to their competitors and often beat out many health food stores in pricing, quality, and in their macro-nutrient labels, expect a meal to cost between $5-10; as well as bulk-food offering available upon request.
The food has seasoning which is more limited than one might expect, in order to meet the needs of clients who desire less seasoning, or are unable to ingest certain herbs, spices, or seasonings. On site, though, Eat Fit Go offers sauces to pour on your meal on the go, or to enjoy at your table.
Whether you're looking for a fun atmosphere to have a quick bite, a quick meal to take to work, or a solid post-workout meal, Eat Fit Go has you covered.

Got there last night about 730 and the person working the counter was extremely rude and bothered by the fact that we wanted to order food. Good food high-quality but the level of assistance was subpar

I am having a bad experience with this location. I purchased a $500 gift card ($50 credit with purchase) and bought two $169 meals. Two weeks later I returned and my gift card balance was $0. Jen (mgnt) sent me an insulting email wanting to reimburse me only $142. She owes me $212 but I will be taking this up with my credit card company, Better Business Bureau, Yelp and TripAdvisor. Be careful

So delicious! Yes, it is a little pricey, but not much more than "fast food" and about 10x healthier. It is filling, fresh, and tons of flavor. Right on my way to and from work so it's perfect for something on the go. Southwest Scramble.... just do it. Thanks guys!

The food is decent, nothing spectacular. I only stop in when I'm ive had a busy day and need a healthier faster food option. Their prices seem to be a bit step for what they offer though. If a person was motivated enough, they could batch cook a couple of similar recipes for drastically less cost.
Oh, and be ready for be annoyingly asked everytime you stop in "Have you been here before? Do you know what you're looking for?". It's almost like shopping at the Buckle, but for food.
