I just love this establishment. Genuinely kind folk, quality coffee, yummy home-baked goods, quiet corners to work, good music, cold brew on nitro, and personality. It's small and simple on the surface, but after a few visits I noticed the changing menu items, beans, art, and even music. I respect the evolving variety at Ebon and an establishment that thinks outside the box. For example, instead of doing the typical 'Buy 10, get one free,' Ebon encourages recycling by offering a free beverage after bringing your own cup/mug a certain amount of times. Their simple menu seems to offer something for everyone. Try the hot chocolate. It's deadly delicious.

I really enjoy this coffee shop. You can tell that the owner really likes coffee. They do a drip coffee which takes a little longer. Sit down. Relax. Have a great coffee. Just make sure you have enough time to enjoy yourself.

This is our Sunday go to. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and great music. Love the coffee!

Great little shop with modern hipster feel.
They do their own small batch Kombucha!
Prices are a little higher than market norm. 
Product is good with coffee from local roaster and another from California.
