Great American Bagel Inc

I just stopped by to place an order for several bagels, had my list, was ready to get them going. I was greeted by a taller man, gray hair and glasses. May have been the manager. He asked me what I would like, and before I could order a young woman started telling him her order. Instead of letting her know he was talking to me he continued with her order instead of taking mine. He hurried to get back to me and another guy stepped up after a moment to take my order. This was the most disrespected I’ve felt in any customer service situation for a long time. With over 10 years in restaurants and customer service, I expect to be treated fairly. I will never be back and I hope you figure out your priorities. Great food gets ruined by bad people.

I don't know how this is possible, but they screw up pick up orders every time our office orders from them. even ordering a single bagel for pick upseems to be impossible to get right. They don't coordinate the staff so even if you call ahead you're stuck standing in a line for 10 minutes. That place needs new management.

Used to be “Great” American beagle! I understand the new owner thing and we gave them the benefit of the doubt, but after more than a year they still can’t get much right. I am out of patience. Slow service, rude service, very dirty and out of things every time I go! How can you not have Lox cream cheese the last three times I have gone? They told me the Lox goes bad too fast! Are you kidding me?! Went in three times to buy gift cards for Christmas and no one knew how to sell me a gift card. Its two weeks before Christmas! How can you not know how to sell a gift card! I am done! Our family and friends will not go back. It hurts to bad when you know how good it was for many years.

The bagels were delicious! They were fresh and had a decent variety to choose from. Prices are reasonable. I would reccomend this place.

Poor service, the employes were so lost I don't know how they found their way to work. They made the order wrong. The food was nuked in a microwave. I could have done that at home myself . And the food wasn't fully warmed up. I will never come back.
