My son attends here. He loves it. I've noticed quite a change since he's been attending. He's becoming more focused and disciplined as he navigates through work and school.

Trained for over a year their now, great community and the most authentic muay thai around, kru and Guto do a great job.

Very rude and disrespectful customer service. They hang up on callers and don't answer any questions.

Great workouts Denice and Tara really know how to push you to your limits

I came to Charlotte on vacation and needed a place to train for the weekend. Everyone was really nice and the gym was incredible. Highly recommend if your in the area.

Was recently able to try out a couple of the BJJ classes. Had a great experience, Guto the black belt instructor is super laid back and easy going. Whether you're someone wanting to try it out for the first time or an experienced upper belt I would highly recommend coming in to check out ECF.

Great gym and trainers. I would recommend for anyone who wants to begin their fighting career or simple just trying to stay in shape.
