Eco Car Wash

Took the cover off of the side view mirror and scratched up the driver side window. 3 days later still not even a call about this claim. How do they have 4 stars??? I used another car wash 3 to 6 times a day delivering used vehicles to customers never had an issue in 5 months. First time first car immediately I had a feeling this was not going to go right. It's like the intensity is turned up the 15 it should be more like 7. I need my cars washed not taught a lesson.

Love this car wash. Affordable. They don't accept tips. You get full access to the vacuums after you get out of the wash. My wheels have lots of cut outs and they come out pretty clean. My rig has never looked nicer, in and out, since going here

Aside from two things. I tried to pay cash and staff wasn’t comfortable taking it and tried to get a new multi car wash card and didn’t have any available. No reflection on high quality wash, great suck on vacuums, and pleasant, professional car wash attendants. Ezra was today’s and he remembered to tape down my rear view wiper. 5 stars for actual car wash, vacuuming and customer engagement. No rating for staff doing personal safety around cash. Zero stars for the corporate office cards not available again, in a town with three or four of these washes.Services: Vacuuming

I have consistently had a bad experience with this vendor. Last month it was that they could not recharge my frequent car wash green card and I had to use the website. So I went to the website recharge my card and they could not recharge the card they had to issue me a gift card. I was then told that I could use my cell phone number at the drive-through but the attendant today told me that was not possible and I had to have the original email. The attendant was the manager so there was nobody to talk to so I told him I wanted to talk to his supervisor and gave them my phone number. I also went to their website and tried to call and their voicemail box was full. Probably full of complaints. So the moral of the story is that after my $80 rate charge of my account is over it will be my last visit to this company and they’ve lost my business for life ScottService: Vacuuming

Free vacuming is definitely not worth my paint chipping on my car. I'm so angry at this locations malfunctioning brushing system that has apparently not been inspected at all and disappointed in myself for not hand washing my own vehicle. The owner/manager has put no effort into reaching out to a customer, it has been one full week without anykind of acknowledgments from anyone. An automated car wash with a range of prices from $10-15. I get the cheap one and it looks the same as when I got the more expensive wash. ‍. What i like about this place is the numerous FREE vacuum spaces. They work great.

Horrible. Extremely unsatisfied. I give it a 1 on a scale out of 10. You are not allowed to vacuum your car without getting a wash. I even offered to pay to use the vacuums and was told no. And as you can see from the picture there were plenty vacuums available. I would avoid patronizing this establishment at all cost.

I showed up near closing time. The young man working the shift Ezra could easily have closed, but didn't and allowed me to go through the car wash. I could see he was tired and we talked a bit -- he had just worked a very long day. But he was professional and courteous. Clearly a hard worker and solid employee. And my car looks great! I'll keep going back to Ecowash for sure.
