Edgerton Manor

A great place to live, shop, play and work. This location is some blocks away from I35W North and from there easily jump on the I94 or I694 and go anywhere. Almost perfect if you work downtown Saint Paul, there's regular daily bus service right beside your apartment's parking lot and you'll be at your job in about 15 minutes. The people living here are very friendly and I know a few who don't want to live anywhere else. The manager Kevin is a very good manager. He is very hands on, knows everyone by their first name. He is very efficient and runs the apartment well. If you're considering -- don't hesitate, take an apartment fast before it flies away, yes I recommend it that much!

We have worked with Edgerton Manor Apartments for many years. The management is superb, always quick to respond to questions and is on top of everything. We look forward to working together for years to come.

Brooke is a great manager. I've lived in apartments most of my life, she is the best that I have experienced. She knows all of tenants by name and is always friendly. Great communicator and easy to work with. We could not have picked a better place to live! She makes this place shine. We are super thankful to call this place home!

So far, so good! We didn't see an apartment availability listing for this complex, but we e-mailed the apartment manager, Brooke, to see if there was any 2-Bedroom unit available for our specific dates. It was a timely response and we were able to schedule a showing tour within 2 days. We really love this property, as it is by an elementary school, playground, community garden, and in a quiet neighborhood of west Maplewood. Brooke communicated fast, timely, professionally, and showed that she cared about us and the apartment community! We love it that we are able to receive timely responses as well as great customer service care! Plus, we love that everything is paperless! So much easier and keeps record of everything in their secured portal! We toured the unit and we absolutely loved it. We will have a south window view for all of the living spaces, so that means lots of sun for us! Central Air Conditioning is also a fabulous plus here! Whoever designed or renovated this 1970's apartment complex did a great job investing in central a/c! Plus, underground parking is included in the rent, along with a few more utilities as listed on their website. Also, I really love the aesthetics of the 1970's interior and architecture of the apartment; a great transitional interior design! Is quite lovely and elegant! I We definitely found a gem here and we are so happy to be living here. It has everything we need, as well as things we wanted!

My little family we recently just moved in. So far so good. Love the apartment, it is super quiet and clean. I love how there is an underground parking and elevator with also a trash shoot. Also, Nicole has been super helpful and replies to my emails super quick! So thank you Nicole

We just signed here. Kevin, the manager, was very helpful and easy to work with. He truly cares about the upkeep and cleanliness of the building as well as the professionalism of its management. Newly renovated and very clean old building. New laundries on each floor, new building trim, and there's also on-site maintenance that takes care of all the "original" appliances. Highly recommend.

A nice place to stay, clean apartment. Kevin our manager is friendly, helpful and efficient. Kevin and the staff upkeep the property very well and we have been very pleasantly surprised that in our 6 months here the building has been constantly renovated and kept very clean. Nice surroundings and friendly neighbours.

The management are liers we told them what we were doing and they said ok but than the called for are car to be towed and they lied about it and they towed my car after less than 2 hours . I visted my mom who has pain so i bought her some stuff and they towed the car. Please dont leave your car their in the parking lot even if you have a sticker.
