Edible Arrangements

This is absolutely unacceptable.!!! I ordered a Christmas gift for delivery yesterday! It was not delivered and I still haven't heard from anyone.

Just called to get the status of my delivery. Website doesn’t seem to work using the track function. I was told the driver was on his way. It’s been over 2 hours. Called again and they said “now” which didn’t make sense. Then went on to say 20 minutes. Unfortunately, they have a problem with communication. Very broken English and no one else was able to speak to me unless it was in Spanish.

Awesome!!!! Please give them a chance! Called and let me know they couldn’t deliver day of and were very flexible with times I could come pick up. Sister was delighted and fruit was fresh and delicious!!!

Loved the display of fresh fruits and came on time for holidays to share with family.Fruits could be cut a little smaller. Enjoyed white and dark choco dips.

Friendly people, easy to order. Awkward location as the “drive up” option is on two busy street and no indication of where to go so they can bring the edible to you. But the fruit was great as always

Poor poor service. Made my order over a week ago and still it has yet to be delivered. I’ve left a message 4 times and no one has reached out. Absolutely terrible and frustrating.

Whenever I'm celebrating a holiday or need a gift for a friend, edible arrangements is my go-to place! I had not been to this store previously, so I thought I'd try it. It's quite small, but the fruit arrangement that I got was fresh and chilled and delicious. Highly recommend!

I'm very happy and pleased with the first order and delivery by a lady, that I didn't get her name, but please thank her for a job well done and for calling my daughter. Since it was a surprise, my daughter blocked the number thinking it was a prank phone call lol and I told her that she had a Valentine's surprise delivery of goodies and she unblocked the number to get the phone call. My daughter told me that some random guy was knocking hard on her window and she got freaked out because there are weirdos around, according to my daughter lol . My daughter was so happy with the mini cheesecake goodies that she had no clue these were mini cheesecakes until she bit them and said they were cute and delicious, plus also tried the chocolate covered strawberries and even sent me a photo biting on one. She loved her teddy bear, balloon and everything in general. I will definitely reorder in the near future. Please also thank Yelda for being kind on the phone in giving me an update on my order. I highly recommend Edible Arrangements.

I stopped in at the store today to pick up a little something for my husband's birthday today, the girl said that she has a order ready that some one called and canceled I asked how much and she gave me a price then I asked her what will happen to it if nobody buys it? Will it be thrown away? She said yes most likely. I told her since it was most likely getting thrown out I'll give her $$ for it and she was fiddling around with something and said $$$ which wasn't much off the original price, I bought it because I had nothing else. He loved it and I'm happy for that. I will not buy anything from them again, the price that I paid was a little much, I could have made the same thing for a lot lot less.

I placed an order online and they gave me a call 10 mins later to let me know they receive my order and will be ready the day I wanted. I got two edible arrangements for teachers day and they looked amazing and delicious. I had my boyfriend curbside pick up and worked out great.
