My arrangement was made to perfection. I wanted the delivery by 9:30 a.m. but was told that they don't take time deliveries which makes sense. Having so many orders and making everything to order is totally understandable. The lady who took my order was helpful and kind. I will always suggest this location and continue to be a patron!
Very disorganized and some employees had an attitude the manager wasnt even there to help us , however one girl had the perfect customer service and helped i wish i asked her name very nice and couteous.. that's why i have 2 stars if it wasn't for her it would be 1
This is absolutely my favorite location in Memphis. The employees are so patient with me and help me through the entire process. Their attitudes are always positive and sweet. Kuddos
TRASH location! They take orders and never deliver them! Save your money and go to another location. They wouldn't even answer the phone for the corporate office.
Always Great! My husband has surprised me several times. The last time they were very professional in bringing to my home. Always fresh and pretty.
Came at 10am on Thursday knowing exactly what I wanted to order for my mother for her birthday. Front end lady was very rude and dismissive and seemed very mad I was there. We tried to order but was told by front lady that staff had covid and we would should order online. And it would be $15 extra if I ordered in store while she walked off
I came into this location at 4:08pm. I was told the kitchen was closed. The front end person didn’t even bother asking me if I wanted to place a future order. She was rude and so was the other young lady that came from the back and was just as unhelpful. She called another location and lied to me like their kitchen was closed also. That location was not closed for orders. I was able to place my order at the wolf chase location that she claimed was closed. Just don’t give your business to places who do not want it. I will not be back to this location. Those rude employees will ruin your business.
Mr. Monroe at this location exceeded my expectations when it came to customer service. I missed the cut off time to place an order online so I called the store to see if by any chance I could place an order for the same day and just pick it up. Mr. Monroe made a way for me to get an order and even put my name on it so I can purchase it when I arrived. He was very nice and went over and beyond. I will definitely visit this location again because of his customers service.
On October 18 2021, I contacted this location and got $42.94 taken from my debit card without a single care! Frankie who took my order asked me my name 5 times or more and I felt odd about that and told her to cancel my order after she took my card information. She said I would be credited my money back and this wasn't true! I called corporate and got the run around. I was told there wasn't proof of any transaction!!!! I agreed to show them the proof and they didn't want to hear it. This isn't cool and I'm very angry because they took my money and I received nothing. First time and certainly the last time I'll EVER order from Edible Arrangements
Let me just say this entire place need a new crew. From the delivery person complaining about “too many orders” to the front desk person not paying attention to her customers. Not one happy face was in this place. Save yourself! I’ve been to great edible arrangement and this is NOT it I placed a same day pickup order which I chose the time I wanted it to be ready. When I arrived at this location, the lady asked for my name. She went to the freezer and said it wasn’t ready. She also explained that even though I chose my time did not mean it would be ready at that time. What kind of mess it that?? I went to the same fridge in the front and I saw my order. I asked her politely, “Is this a decorative order of mines because this one has MY name on it. She said “That’s someone else’s arrangement.” I waited 40 minutes for her to finish with a customer and I said, “My name is ___ and this arrangement is for me. Can I just take my order and leave? She responded and said “Oh. That is your name.” If she just took the extra time to look me up in the computer and matched my order then I wouldn’t have to wait almost an hour for nothing..I only placed a pickup order at this location because it was 10 minutes away from my mom’s job.
