I am really glad I ordered from Pugh's for Valentine's this year! I had ordered the standard-sized Charmed in Love arrangement for my wife and scheduled them to be delivered to her work the Friday before Valentine's. However, the ice storms knocked out power at her office that morning, and I was able to call Pugh's and get them redirected to our home across town not just the same day but they even arrived in the morning. That's just fantastic service. And my wife loved the flowers!

Don't order "The Cat's Meow." They'll send you half dead greenery and forget the candle, promise to deliver it and then won't. Hopefully I get the 30% back they promised to refund me. They won't be getting my business again.

I placed a floral order for my wife's birthday and they DID NOT deliver on the date agreed on,  nor was my receipt sent to the correct email address even after I spelled it out letter by letter. So some random person who has the email address that pughs entered incorrectly may have some personal info of ours. Also they had her name spelled ridiculously wrong so even if it was delivered it wouldn't have gotten to the right person. This was the union location in Memphis. They offered to deliver the next daywhich isn't my wife's birthdayor to a different address before 5pm and I have no one that was available before 5pm to accept delivery Now I look like a horrible person for not getting her anything sent to her job to celebrate her birthday. And I'm a OTR truck driver so I couldn't pick it up myself.GREAT JOB PUGHS

Highly disappointed with the very low level of customer service I received from the Midtown location. My purchase had noticeable differences from the vase used to the cut plants in the floral arrangement. When I called following receipt of the delivery - I was spoken to very poorly and lowly. In a frustrated tone I was told “there’s nothing I can do about it”. I then escalated the situation to a manager who came on phone sounded frustrated to begin with and gave me the impression that she had very little time to address my concerns. She blatantly noted that the arrangement I bought and the one shown on website are the exact same thing. I shared with her that I understand variations do occur in this kind of business but inform the customer of this and that a simply apology would have prevented all this in the first place.  In the end the manager admitted that the vase is different and that some cut flowers in my arrangement differ from one on website.  Next time I will choice wisely where I take my business and it will not be at Pugh’s.  No respect or honor here for the black dollar. My people spend your money elsewhere! Not sure how LGBTQIA they are as well - this experience was not the one I wanted to buy for my wife on her birthday.

I've used Pugh's quite a few times before this both ordering online and via the website, and they have always been incredible! This year for my anniversary, I had a special request that I requested, but was somewhat reluctant that they would do it right! They came through with a flawless execution, and as always beautiful flowers! Thank y'all for helping making this special!

Very unprofessional. I was charged for same day delivery and they did not delivery the flowers. I was then told they would go out until the next day. That also didn’t happen. I was then told the delivery would be made on the 3rd day. I never received the flowers and the manager could careless. Karen also needs to be retrained to not lie to customers. These flowers were meant for the loss of a loved one. I am so disappointed in the service.

We ordered flowers from pugh's florist and it was a HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!! DO NOT ORDER from this unprofessional, deceptive florist! I sent a picture of what we were wanting to send to a close friend who was burying her mom in Tennessee ... we were from out of state and unable to attend the funeral! I spoke to the lady and she 100% assured me they could do exactly what we had asked for AND would add a few more roses from the original picture of what what we were wanting because the price was little over 400.00 ... PUGHS florist didn't expect our grieving friend to send us the embarrassing picture of the despicable arrangement Pughs delivered to the church! They sent a cross with pitiful spider mums and just a few roses !! ..... it was absolutely NOTHING LIKE THEY PROMISED ! Our friends were all appalled and embarrassed THAT THIS Despicable arrangement what was sitting at the front of the funeral from all of us ..... I called Pughs florist immediately from Colorado --I waited for them to call me back -- then went back and forth where I said I would not pay 400 for the unexceptionable completely different arrangement that was sent because it was NOT what they promised and had reassured me they were be sending!! I offered 150.00 and they said they would have to Speak to the owner ... owner said she would take off 20% and I said noooooo the arrangement wasn't even worth The 150.00 I was offering to pay ... she said she would get back to be -- I told her if she didn't call me back I would dispute the charges with AMEX AMEX after reviewing the case agreed that Pughs DID NOT DELIVER WHAT WAS PROMISED !!! Today I received a collection notice for the full amount !!!!! I am absolutely applaud at the this florist and the customer service ----- DO NOT ORDER FROM PUGHS FLORIST IN TENNESSEE --- they will not deliver what they promise !!

Be careful. We ordered an arrangement and what was delivered was completely different. It was embarrassing. The tiny container had a 4.99 sticker on the bottom.  Rather than getting the plant we ordered and as shown on  the web site there was a small... no tiny.. round cactus in dry soil.  The card was wrong.  We are from out of town. But came to visit the person we sent flowers.  Again we could not have been more embarrassed. We took the plant back.  There was no offer to make this right.  We are waiting to see if we at least get a credit back.  We then drove to Rachel's Florist near by because we needed to return with an arrangement.  Rachel's staff quickly put together a beautiful arrangement.

Lovely bouquet for my Queen and she always loves them. Prompt delivery too.

I've been using Pugh's Flowers on Union for the last 5 years and I love this place. There always on time and the flowers are beautiful and fresh each and every time. They're custom service and hospitality is 5 stars. For example I called this morning on short notice trying to send my wife flowers on her birthday and I  asked if it could it be delivered by 11:30 this morning and unbelievable the driver made time to deliver it. It kept me out the Dog house and made the  day perfect for me. This place "Rock's " I wouldn't go anywhere else it the best in Memphis
