I hadn't made any arrangements this Valentine's Day so I dropped in last minute. She asked me what I wanted and all I said was make it special. She created one of the most beautiful floral arrangements I've ever seen. My wife loved them and she was the talk of the day! You have to visit this place. They truly have gifted hands.

Ordered Pleased As Punch Bouquet - Premium from Teleflora, and ended up with a completely different Bouquet from Premier Flowers. I ordered that one specifically because my wife is allergic to Lillies and this didn't have lillies listed. 1/3 of the flowers in the bouquet were already dead or dying. If they didn't have the right flowers for the arrangement, any decent florist would call the sender and ask if the replacement flowers were acceptable. Upon voicing my concerns with Teleflora, they offered a 30% refund, and were going to exchange the bouquet for another set of flowers from Premier. Premier called my wife to set up the exchange, and were very rude on the phone saying "some people just can't be pleased", and proceeded to hang up on my wife after she told them the flowers would be at the front Desk since she is allergic to them, and she wasn't available at the time they wanted to pick them up. Overall, I'm very disappointed that they would treat their customers this way, and even more disappointed that they would put dead flowers in a bouquet for my wifes birthday. Would not recommend this florist. Editing post since I cannot respond directly to the flower shops comment: The tone of the reply from the flower shop is all that potential customers need to know. I'm new to the area, so I use sites like teleflora to test out potential florists. Now my list of potential florists will exclude Premier Flowers, unless I want a bouquet of dead flowers, then I will call the shop directly.

My sweet step mom lost her mother, so I decided to order her an arrangement from here. I ordered the premier extra $20 of the Box of Autumn, for a beautiful bouquet. They put carnations everywhere and not one rose. You can see from my photos, what I ordered and what I got were not the same. Strongly do NOT recommend this place. In response to the owners comment: the arrangement was advertised to include Dahlias, Safari Sunset, Hypericum Berries, and Buplerum. So they were not substitutions. I was in a meeting and could not answer the call, but it was regarding the orange lillies. If roses were in the percieved photo of the arrangement, and you had roses, then why were they substituted for carnations.

My mom just received her poinsettia. I listened to her just oooh and ahhh on the phone about how beautiful they were. She was so thrilled to see that beautiful poinsettia at her door step. Delivery was on time and well place at the home.

Did not get what I paid for..... I ordered the rustic red roses weeks ago only to get a call the day of my delivery to be told the box the flowers are suppose to come in was out of stock! I was giving different options to choose from after choosing a similar brown box a woman in the background most likely the manager told the woman who was assisting me I couldn’t have that and I had to get a cylinder container. What a way to accommodate a customer for your mistake! It completely changed the look of the arrangement! Wish I would’ve got what I paid for!!
