Kroger

In store shopping is okay, but do NOT use the pickup service. They constantly leave items out of the order, causing you to have to return to the store to pick up items. It’s a mess! The pickup used to be very reliable and accurate. I’m not sure where the problem lies. Perhaps Kroger needs to have a new procedure for quality control. I will never ever use the pick up service at this location again. I’ll try another location to see if it’s a company-wide issue. My most recent order had about $30 worth of items left out. Luckily I checked the order before leaving the parking lot.

Great service at this store and it’s clean! Had an issue with being rang up but management top tier! Mr Issac was a true leader. He made things smooth snd easy! I appreciate your leadership and hope this young man rises with hid talent! Isaac you rock! Thanks for all you do!

I attend school next to Kroger so I frequently eat lunch at there. The older ladies that cook the chicken are horrible. Every single time I go there they have a attitude. It’s like they don’t want you to ask them to fix your food. I think today is my last day eating from Kroger. I don’t like spending my money with people who don’t know how to treat me. I really don’t understand the problem. I always smile and speak. I always ask how their day is, so I definitely don’t know why run the customers off…

This is the worst pharmacy in Memphis. The turnover for techs is unreal and they have no clue what they are doing because they are always new. The pharmacy is routinely out of common medications and the wait times are ridiculous. Dropped off a prescription and flat out asked Mr Man Bun at the register if everything was ok with the scripts I was dropping off. “Yes, that’s why I was checking them.” When I left and they discovered something was incorrect guess he isn’t so good at checking things did they call so I could reach my dentist during business hours and correct it? Nope. Waited til I came to pick up and the dentist is closed for the next 3 days and I cannot get any medication until Monday. Idiots. I will never use this pharmacy or Kroger again.

Scheduled an appointment for 9:20 and checked in at kiosk at 9:15. I didn’t get seen until 9:50 and once she saw me THEN she mentions I can’t pay out of pocket because the lady who takes the money wasn’t there. What’s the point of verifying online, checking in before I get there, then signing in at the kiosk for you to tell me 30 minutes after my appointment I can’t be seen? Very unprofessional and a big waste of time.

I have traveled all around the US and abroad, and Kroger in Memphis is the worst market I have ever been to, no doubt

Employees must be overworked and underpaid because today two females employees were out of character. I'm going to another store to let them cool off.

I ordered my sone birthday cake 3 days in advance only To receive a call the day of hours before his party that they were unable to make it and not able to do anything about it sad terrible ruined his party thanks for nothing

Beware of their wine SCAM! The prices listed on the labels are fake and fraudulent. They listed a wine for $16.99 and attempted to charge $35.99 for it. Had I not been paying attention, I would have easily been charged double. The employee and floor manager refused to correct the price and acted as it was a huge inconvenience to them that I brought up their incorrect charge. If you can, shop somewhere else. If you can't avoid going here, check your charges very carefully. This location has no qualms with blatant misrepresentation and fraudulent advertising.

I ordered some items for pickup the next day between 4-5. I checked in at 4:28. My order was not ready until 6:15. I understand that they are having staffing issues and I sympathize. However I just wanted to warn people that you may be in for a long wait when using the pickup service. Oh and make sure you turn your car off because another customers battery died after his over 2 hour wait.
