LUCKILY I DROPPED IT! After picking up an order at the store, I noticed some beautiful mini cakes being sold at the counter. I pointed to a specific one and requested the one I wanted. The attendant leaves to the back of the store and returns with something already in a box. I didn't bother to argue or check the product. After I left and I was on my way to deliver the present, sadly I accidentally dropped the box and quickly opened it to fix it, to my surprise I find a less than desirable cake not just because of the drop but because of the quality of the product I was sold. The one I pointed at the counter had a beautiful luscious red strawberry on top of the mini cake, the one that came in the box looked old and very undesirable! I called to store immediately and the attendant said that perhaps the strawberry looked brownish because of the chocolate and that the ones on the counter are for display only false advertisement. Again I am so glad I dropped it otherwise this would have been a great embarrassment and disappointment to the receiving end.

Fresh fruit, I was able to arrive and get my order done in 10 minutes. Feel free to call ahead or order online to speed up service. My favorite was the chocolate dipped pineapples. Be sure to try chocolate dipped strawberry, its always a win. I will be trying chocolate dipped apples wheni can. Great customer service and awesome handy work.

Needed a last minute item. Not the best service I called and placed order over the phone, was told my phone order was sold when I arrived. I had to wait for a new one to be prepared. Was told I needed to wait after I paid. New item was 20 more than original order. Item was smaller than picture with missing fruits.

I've never been to this location, but I've ordered from them twice online to send gifts locally to my Grandma. Both orders have been well received and, most recently, my Grandma said the delivery person was very kind and wished her a happy birthday. Thanks for helping me make my Grandma feel special even when I can't be there with her .

You’d think for paying over $100 for an order would bring a great experience. It doesn’t! Sent a gift to my friends job as a surprise. The driver expected her to go and leave her job and grab the delivery from the driver sitting in her vehicle instead of the driver going inside her job. Mind you, contactless delivery was never selected. I paid for delivery, as in deliver the merchandise I paid for. Don’t waste your time and money at this location. I wouldn’t want anyone else to receive a ruined surprise on top of a headache. Try a different location. You’ll thank me later. Wish I could get my money back for the entire experience. Beyond disappointed. Never again!

Waited over an hour on Mother’s Day when we ordered our stuff at 9 and said to pick up at 11:30. Same people with out problem too, it would’ve been smarter to give out the exact time our order was ready then wasting our time. Be more prepared next time please.

My first time there and it wasn't a good one, I ordered the Kale Comfort it was.very watery nothing about it was smooth on top of that it took 10 minute to make. Far to long not planning to return..

There so bad and with the products and prices,also the page online needs to be fix better to understand it. Costumer service bad to. Never again will buy form them. They still people money with the ridiculous prices and little bit of the fruit. They stole my money that all they did. That’s is why I see in the reviews is a 3 start.
