Made a beautiful bouquet for my wife. I gave a reference photo for what I wanted and they made something even better!

Yesterday was my sisters birthday and I had ordered from a online florist, saying they promised delivery. My sister stayed at home because I told her a surprise was coming. They were not going to deliver, over five hours of aggravation and I called The Flower Puff, the owner went above and beyond and delivered the flowers to my sister. I definitely recommend this florist! My mom had ordered a casket spray for my uncle's funeral from elsewhere. When it was delayed, the funeral director contacted the Flower Puff. They put the spray together and had it delivered within 30 minutes. When it arrived, it was beautiful! They came thru during a difficult time. Definitely will be using The Flower Puff for future orders.

Called to order some Last minute birthday flowers. The lady who answered, I assume is the owner, took my call with interest and without rush. When I realized I didn’t ask for balloons, I called back and she said they were already added into the order. Picked up a dozen long stem roses and the Mrs. loved them! Best of all, they were cheaper than most places I’ve bought flowers from. 10/10 would suggest this florist.
