The to go cups were great the to go dipped strawberries have to be tossed. They look a week old. Disappointed.

Honestly I work here,, and it's super fun: usually we don't take more than 15 minutes getting your stuff ready,, and we even bring it to your car: everything is delicious,, no complaints

I had an issue with my order and do to plans I was able to stop back until the day after Valentine's Day but when I did I spoke with the owner and she fixed my order. She as well as her staff were very pleasant and accommodating. I would definitely go back to this location for my next edible arrangement.

I wish I could give zero stars. Recently ordered from here a few weeks ago and was assured by the janaf store my order would get delivered that day. Within 30 minutes of placing my order and it getting sent to this location I received a call being asked if I minded it being delivered the next day. This was around 230/3pm and they close at 7. Lack of professionalism at its finest. I also have a friend who previously was working there and now I understand why she left. It seems this location has a certain lack of proper employees and when I say employees I mean the main management. 10/10 don’t recommend this location. If you can go to any of the other ones to save yourself trouble.

Horrible experience, ordered ahead for curbside then get there no ibes in the parking lot at all I call the number just rings for 8 mins, by this time the parking lot has other people on the phone doing the same. 15 mins go by finally have to go in then am told to wait another 15 mins...I ordered weeks ahead, why advertise curbside if you don't do it. Arrangment smelled bad after being out for only a hr. Chocolate wasn't even good.. WAY over priced.

Love this location so much! Staff is always friendly & very clean store front. Beautiful arrangements and delicious, fresh fruit! Walked in & got something quick, hubby loves the chocolate covered fruit cones! If you’re ever wanted to give a delicious gift, I highly recommend this location!

Very friendly staff, convenient location for all great neack area , laskin rd and beach houses. I love their beautiful arrangements. But my absolute favorite are the 12 count box of chocolate dipped strawberries. Always very fresh. I will definitely come back to this store. Thank you edible arrangements to make fruit more fun.

Friends purchased this for me to cheer me up during my surgery recovery. Edible arrangements called today and left a message at 1:54pm to let me know they would be delivering an arrangement in the next two hours between 2-4. If I would NOT be home, to call them back and let them know so they can reschedule. I missed the call b/c I was napping. Had some errands to run so figured I'd do it after the arrangement arrived. 2-4 came and went. at 4:45, I called and asked if the delivery was still happening thinking I misunderstood the message and should have called back. I was told yes and the delivery guy was on the way. At 5:30, I called again and was told he would be there in 10 min. I told them I could not wait any longer since I needed to get to a store that was closing soon. I would have gone earlier, but was told the arrangement was coming. At 5:51 20 min later, I called again and was told he was 5 out and would call me. He did, and said he'd be there in 5...nearly 15 min later, he arrived after 6pm!!! WELL AFTER THE DELIVERY WINDOW. I did not need this type of stress today....do your friends a favor, if you want to make them feel better, do not stress them out with this company's service!!! They clearly do not know what a timeline is or that people have better things to do than wait for them all day. The gentlemen on the phone also could not tell me if my friends would be reimbursed if I could not be home to receive the arrangement! poor service all around.

They had my order ready and edibly amazing!! I've ordered from this company many times and everytime I'm amazed. Keep up great work Edible Arrangements.

My order was delivered in a regular non cooler vehicle. My cheesecake was not cold at all. I called to speak to a manager and she was very unhelpful and seem like she did not care about my issues will not be going back.
