Overall, I had a positive experience with ordering from this location. This was my first time ordering an Edible Arrangement and I really wanted it to be special because my boyfriend is incredibly special to me. : There were a few hiccups with my delivery order which was very disheartening, but when I called and spoke to the manager about these issues she immediately offered to correct it. I was very pleased that she was polite, that she listened to my feedback and that she wanted to make it right. Thank you!!! I would recommend using this location for your Edible Arrangement needs. I will definitely be scheduling another delivery in the near future.
Never received my order! Ordered a day in advance. Never got an update, when I called they said it would be delivered before 5:00 pm. Never delivered and the business address for delivery closes at 6. Have been calling since 4:30 pm. No call back and no answer. I would recommend ordering from somewhere else.
Ordered flowers and chocolate strawberries for fiancee for a Sunday delivery. Heard nothing from this store and tried calling them with no luck because they were closed. I called customer service and was told I would be given a refund since I’ve gotten no updates. I ended up ordering sprinkles cupcakes instead. At around 6pm edible arrangements finally delivered half the order. My fiancée never got the flowers. Spoke to the manager and she was extremely rude and interruptive over the phone. I am recommending she gets retrained on how to deal with customers. Delivering 50% of an order was not the deal. So I am demanding a full refund. I am being told that I cannot be given a full refund because even though the store was closed, they still deliver. How the hell would I have known that?
The delivery person delivered to an incorrect address. After two days of back and forth text including sending pitures of my front door to the driver challenging me that they delivered to the correct address and promising to redeliver, nothing came. My son-in-law searched the neighborhood and found it on the door step at another house. Extremely unsatisfied! If I could give it no stars, I would!
Roxana was super helpful. I was in a bind and needed chocolate strawberries for an event. Slight mixup with the order over the phone but she offered to make a fresh batch to make sure I got what I needed. Really appreciated it.
I ordered for my daughters birthday order was not delivered. You can never reach the store. Don’t shop here bad customer service. I will never order again.

I called around 11:00am yesterday to place an order for my daughters teachers because next week is Teacher Appreciation Week! The associate was very helpful over the phone and friendly. She even suggested certain items which helped me decided faster. It was ready and packaged neatly & nice. Service paying was fast. I forgot her name but I thank you for the good experience because I was nervous due to some of the reviews and things I’ve heard. My daughters class enjoyed the fruit!
Whoever made the edibles today at the old town location did an excellent job! The best I've had!! Fruit was so fresh and the chocolate was perfect. They are so yum!!! This is the best location to prepare them by far, i've been to the one in D.C. and they did not turn out like this. I'm sticking to this location
It’s Mother’s Day. I placed a delivery order for my mom 2 1/2 weeks in advance and my order was not satisfactory. I ordered the Mom Knows Best Bundle which came with cookies chocolate covered strawberries and a BUNDLE of Mother’s Day balloons. I’m not in the same state as her right now so I can’t complain in person. But the only thing delivered were the cookies and strawberries. I had to call them to be made aware they ran out of balloons. Customer Service is horrible! One why am I last on the delivery list when I ordered so early? I should have had first dibs and my mom should have had balloons. I’m unable to see her today so this means ALOT! Two why did I have to call the company to be made aware of the issue? And for them to be soo rude over the phone! That’s beyond me. Three why was my refund only $10??? A BUNDLE of balloons cost way more than that. I am very unhappy and will not be ordering here again.
