Let me start off by saying that the customer service I received today was the type that no longer exists anymore! Diana is the new manger at this flower shop who went above and beyond when it came to a delay with my order. This was my first time ordering from this shop and will not be my last. I placed a Valentine’s Day order with a gentleman over the phone who was extremely sweet and helpful when I didn’t know what to order. Although the phone was ringing in the background, he did not make me feel rushed. When the delivery was delayed, I called the shop to be transfer to Diana who quickly got on the phone and rerouted the driver to make sure my flowers got to its destination on time. She offered a variety of options prior to that in case I wanted to cancel but I really just wanted the flowers. Overall, if you are looking for outstanding customer service and beautiful flowers that look stunning and fresh, check this place out!

Please dont use this company. They show you one thing online and send something else. They left the flowers on the porch with the proper packaging. The wind we high and the vase was cheap and the arrangement was blown on the porch. They refused to rectify the situation. When you pay top dollar for an arrange it and don't receive that arrangement due to their negligence. They should be willing to do something.

Bloom did our wedding flowers and we were blown away by how beautiful they turned out. They went above and beyond to find flowers that wouldn’t irritate my allergies, which was very appreciated!

I have used Bloom Fresh Flowers to send arrangements to my sister on 2 special occasions. Being that I use to be a florist, the flowers are fresh, elegantly and methodically designed, and excellent value. Plus very professional and friendly phone service. Being that I am not there in person the phone service left me with a good impression that my order is well cared for.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this lovely flower shop. Angel went above and beyond the call of duty by engaging both of my daughters in the experience of picking out and arranging the flowers. Who would have guessed that stopping in a flower shop with be the favorite part of a four year old's day? Will 100% be back!

Lace was great for taking me in last minute and making me a floral arrangement for my wife on Valentine’s Day! Flowers were fresh but balloons were trashed on the 2nd day. Anyways, no major complaints and I’m sure they were probably old or something but the people here were way too nice! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for flowers.

I needed an apology bouquet for my girlfriend. Knowing nothing about bouquets, I showed the folks here a list of the flowers she likes and gave them a budget. In 20 minutes they put together a bouquet that my girlfriend called the nicest she's ever received. Can't recommend them enough.
