I ordered an arrangement through 1-800-flowers for Valentine’s Day ahead of time. I ordered a red and pink bouquet because my moms favorite color is pink. I received white and purple flowers. I was fine with that because I understood the demand of pink and red flowers on Valentine’s Day. Upon further inspection I noticed the flowers were wilted and the majority were even molded. They have a 24 hr freshness guarantee and you’re telling me moldy flowers are fresh?! They offered to send me a new bouquet tomorrow but I paid $117 for a bouquet to be fresh and delivered today. Why would I reorder just to get moldy flowers again. Do not recommend.

Ordered through 1-800-flowers for an arrangement for Mother’s Day. I guess because it’s through the website, they give you anything. First pic is the $120 bouquet they sent. I complained about that and the second pic shows the replacement. $120 for two bouquets of wilted and dead carnations??? Never again.

My supervisor sent me this beautiful floral arrangement. I love it very much and the colors. I love this vase. Never seen one like this before. This is one of the best arrangements I've ever received. I'm hoping these will last a long time. Will definitely check out their services personally.

Super friendly and helpful staff! The flowers were gorgeous and reasonably priced. They let me walk around on my own to check out some flowers I might want and I was able to buy them there on the spot. I got all of the flowers I needed for the test run of my wedding bouquets They mentioned that they can also special order specific flowers for you which is wonderful!

Wonderful Service and advice. I was able to pick flowers in order to create my own wedding bouquet. The ability to do it on my own saved me a lot of money. The staff helped guide me verbally through the process.

I've bought flowers from them before. Their prices are questionable at this point. Someone mentioned that I could purchase a case of wet foam there-I was recommended and in urgent need. I did call ahead so I did know what I was getting into, a case of 48 wet foam was almost a hundred dollars, $1.99 each. Please do not underestimate shopping around. Michaels had that quantity for less than $60. It may have been bad day of the week for me but their inventory was low and not as impressive as it used to be.

I came to check this place out to buy flower in bulk but store is closes before closing hours, please update hours in google.

The owner is such a bag person, doesn't now the meaning of respect. This morning I saw how he treat someone and told to a lady get out don't make me waist my time. Also the company raised the price of the flowers when is convenient for them so a wouldn't recommend to go by if is a holiday they flowers doesn't last that long... this dude is such an as..hl

Amazing florist. Exceptional customer service. Dendrobium orchids & gladiolas were vibrant and looked great for our event. Seamless Ordering & Delivery. Had the pleasure of working with Carol to make a special event turn out great! She was so helpful as was everyone else I spoke with. Highly recommend!

I got an order for valentin and when I went to pick up the owner he told me that you need to come to pick up an order well he saw and he told me is this I said yes and I say the yellow roses they did not put them on me was all I told him And he told me angry, you know, don't tell me anything, leave you, I'm going to cancel your order, he opened the door for me to leave and I told him, I didn't do anything, you think it's the way they treat you and it's the owner. You don't recommend that company.
