Edible Arrangements

My husband had some flowers and chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's Day, and the flowers were so old they were falling off the stems. My husband called them the following day, multiple times and they never answered, so he ended up going in person. He even showed the photos of the flowers I sent him. They only gave half back towards the flowers' charge. We won't do business with them again. The last time he had used them, he had fruit and flowers delivered to me for my birthday that were supposed to have arrived by morning, were delivered just as we locked up our office to leave that evening. They nearly missed me. Stay Away!

Ordered an arrangement on Feb 8th for Valentine's delivery. Edible Arrangements never made the delivery. They said thay had too many and that they were sorry. They sent it the next day and refunded the delivery fee. However, when I saw the picture of the arrangement that was sent, it was not worth the price at all. For 130.00 I was expecting a much bigger bouquet of fruit. When I called to inquire what happened, they told me that they had over a thousand deliveries on Valentines and basically I should be happy I got my delivery the next day. They essentially did not care that they messed up the order.

Ordered a fruit platter and some cheesecakes on Feb 17th. When I picked up the platter I noticed the white chocolate covering the bananas was very thick and lumpy. It was the ugliest dipped fruit I'd ever seen. I showed the cashier and asked if there was anything she could do. She said she did not make the arrangement and there was nothing that she could do because they were about to close. She stated that I'd have to call and speak to the manager in the morning. After a little back and forth, she finally issued me a refund for the platter. I was quite disappointed, as I was looking forward to surprising my daughter with the fruit. I thought to myself, at least I have the cheesecakes. When I got home I discovered that they gave me the wrong cheesecakes I ordered 1 strawberry and 1 plain, they gave me both plain. Again, disappointment. Also the cheesecakes tasted old, like they'd been sitting in the fridge uncovered for days. I was truly displeased and will not order from this location again.

My boyfriend ordered 12 chocolate covered strawberries for me. The first strawberry tasted old and definitely at the end of it's life. The second was just as bad after one bite. Then, I noticed dirt on the stem area!! I called the store. The employee there at the time, LEAH, told me she could send out 6 more tomorrow. I told her I had 12. If they can't be replaced, please just refund my boyfriend and I would more than happily drive the remaining 10.5 strawberries back to the store. She said because of COVID not to do that. Then, she hung up on me and called my bf. She told him she would give him a 50% discount because I ate the strawberries. As you can see from the picture, I did not. Also, you can see the dirt around the stem area, which I offered to send her a picture of. HORRIBLE experience with this location. They don't wash their fruit!!

First time visiting this Edible Arrangements was good service the lady was behind the desk was helpful . Worth the price the fruit was fresh A+ plump strawberries. It was our 2 years anniversary she loved it and I'm a happy man .

Ordered on 1/28 for my wife birthday 2/15 at 1pm i did not get an update so i called in and was on hold for 1hr. When i finally got someone at 2pm they said my order was on its way and i could not cancel. This location is 7min from my house I called back at 4pm no answer the automated message said my order was delivered. At 5:30pm on our way out to dinner i see a door dash guy with the order. Terrible experience the strawberries weren’t even frozen anymore and my wife was not surprised her birthday was almost over . We are unable to reach anyone at the location this who situation changed my energy for the day. I would never recommend this location terrible

I just received a nasty call from a nasty "Manager" by the name of Leah. I do not appreciate any unprofessional person calling me with condescending tones and NO regard for customer experience. SHE called ME. I placed a comment days ago on Google. The store manager left a comment under my review and told me to call edible and also left the email address. That was days ago. It sounds like Leah got to the response LATE. She just called me telling me what I already know about my refund I REQUESTED as opposed to finding out about my customer experience and where their team needs coaching with how orders are handled! When I told her someone should've called me when they discovered they were out of the red velvet cupcakes I ordered instead of assuming I want chocolate cupcakes Which I cannot eat Leah said with a condescending tone "For red velvet cupcakes???" Clearly, Leah is not in the right industry which is CUSTOMER DRIVEN. I ended up telling her not to call my phone again and hung up on her. Definitely will never use this edible shop again and I will share this with everyone considering placing an order here! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.

My mom never received her gift yesterday. Nobody called to let me know it wouldn’t arrive on time. Considering how expensive things are, the least I could get is good customer service. Will never give this location my business again. I want a refund on my same day delivery fee too. Don’t recommend!

I am so disappointed in this location. Every other time I have ordered from edible arrangements I have had a great experience, but I tried to place an order for a birthday on Nov 20 and was promised a delivery time in the afternoon before 5. After 3 phone calls and nobody getting a hold of the driver, it finally showed up after we left for vacation for the long weekend - after 7pm. Frustrated, we called and were told "we are so sorry we can deliver a new one" so we set a new delivery date and were satisfied, except it never showed up. We called again the next business day on Dec 3 and were told they didn't know who helped us but they'd get a manager and get back to us. No return call. We called again a week later, and they took our info again. And again, no call. We still haven't heard anything. We would have been easy customers to save, but we won't order here again. Go to another location.

After an odd snafu on the main website where instead of same-day pickup, it defaulted me to a next day delivery which I would not be able to take. I called this location and after some explanation, the staff went out of their way to kindly rush a platter for same-day pickup. I should have gotten her name. I truly appreciated the assistance, because she was well within rights to tell me "no." It brightened my day during a very difficult time. Thank you.
