I received a lovely fruit arrangement as a gift.  It was beautifully packaged and arranged.  Unfortunately it arrived two days late because the delivery man didn't understand how to get in my secure building and never called me to find out how.  The store called me the next day to say it would be out for delivery that same day, but it didn't deliver until today.  Needless to say, the fruit was a bit wilted and condensation had accumulated on the interior of the clear wrap.  I'm a bit surprised they delivered it in that condition 2 days late.  But I'll enjoy it quickly nonetheless.

Got a delivery of a lovely and very fresh fruit and chocolate display today from my colleagues as a get well gift. Everything looked festive and charming, including two mylar balloons to set off the arrangement. Additionally,  there is a box of dipped fruit that came with the delivery! Yummy. I love fruit with chocolate. A cute pottery mug holds the arrangement, so after all is said and done, I can remember this kind gesture while drinking my morning coffee!

Nothing but great things to say about the staff and customer service at this location! My co-workers and I go several times a week and we are always greeted with smiling faces and yummy fro-yo!!! Even the strawberries we ordered were awesome!! So glad to have edible arrangements in South Park!!!

I was really amazed, it was a crappy experience. You shouldn’t be open, if you don’t have the employees to service new customers. Stood in lobby for 5 minutes, no one came out, poked my head in the back and lady was on the phone and didn’t even acknowledge me, took her another 15 minutes to come out to help. She barely apologized and then didn’t even offer anything for inconvenience.  There was one lady that worked in the kitchen that was nice and came out and stood with me for the 15 minutes. No one was trained to help.  Very disappointing.

It was 6:30 pm on a Monday night and I called this location in need of desperate help for a delivery of an arrangement for my boss.  The store was closing at 7 pm and the other stores I called told me their deliveries left at 5 pm and they couldn't help me.  I finally came across Heather who couldn't be nicer and offered to drop the arrangement off herself once the store closed! The drop-off location was nearby.  Heather really got me out of a jam and I couldn't be more grateful!  Heather's customer service is impeccable and I couldn't thank her enough for helping me.  You have a gem working at your store! Thank you!!!

HORRIBLE  EXPERIENCE! Placed an order for delivery this morning, paid $14.99 for delivery, it is 6:40 pm and I’ve been on the phone waiting for 23 minutes just waiting to talk to someone to find out the status of my order. On The app it says  in transit since 2 pm. I will never purchase anything from this place.

Horrible service! My If i could give a no star and still write review then I would. My boyfriend placed an order for them to deliver to me on valentines day. They never showed and told him on the day of they could not find his order, then next day offered a refund with no problem.

I was just shocked when I found that there are daily specials sold here, such as individual fruit cups on Thursdays, for less than $5 each!!!

Love this place. Great service, very friendly staff AND the smoothies are AWESOME.

On time, beautiful, smells good and for the price of a nice flower arrangement it can be eaten!
