Edison home care was one of the most helpful and professional companies I've dealt with. They help me get services for my grandmother. There is so much that's involved in getting services and help for a family member that it really gets overwhelming; the process with Edison was so easy and smooth. They even helped me get an aide that my grandmother got along with. Definitely give this place a 👍🏼

Edison Home Care has to be one of the best home care agencies in Brooklyn. I called in for information for the CDPAP services that they offer and was able to sign up right away for my mother to receive home care services. The coordinator called once a week to follow up on the case until we were officially on services. Cannot get more professional than that. Thank you for the great help!

Please even 1 star is to much for this company very very very very!!!!!!!! Bad customer service I can call this place alllllllll day long and not 1 live person can speck to you they transfer your call to a person that has no clue on why your calling an can't help in anyway you leave your name and number for someone to call you back and no one calls you back. How does this company to business with out sider when they can't mange to call back one of there workers unreal I never seen anything like this before
