Some really nice guys work here. Customer service is everything to me.
I went there 4 days straight. Nothing happened to my car or it's contents and the guys were pleasant enough as they were busy. I got there everyday around 7:30am and left around 5:30pm for $28.
Alot more expensive then parking place half a block down.

Absolutely horrible customer service omg , tried to park at the 167 front st location with my fellow union brothers, got told we couldn’t park there and was given no reason why , lot was dam near empty , not the first time , what is up with this spot !?
Complete scam. They post a big list of rates with fine print, the upshot of which is that there is a $20 minimum even if you are parking for 5 minutes. Even if you have to pay the same rate use someone else in the area that is less deceptive.
Bad location!!
