Quik Park Water Street

Terrific customer service when I called. I needed a receipt for a large expense, and Pablo got back to me within minutes with exactly what I needed. I usually have a difficult time getting businesses to respond, so this was a nice change!

Literally the WORST parking experience of my life! They had a $16.95 overnight parking special and they charged us $70 instead. When I was calmly asking for my information/explanation, the guy pointed to the screen that had the total I owed and may I add VERY rudely. Seriously scammers, no knowledge of how to treat a customer either!

Nothing to add to all the negative comments. Skip it!!! Overpriced, slow, rude....

They make us stand for 45 minutes before even asking what's wrong. I really want to know what QUIK stands for..

Trying to give this 0 Stars. Never going here ever again. Be warned! 5 min late on early bird special $25 and they charge me $70 horrible service too. Was late because I was waiting for the attendant!!!

Getting car is so slow, less staff takes ages.
