I assure you I am not a competitor just making stuff up. If you look like you have money they are nice to you and help you. If you look average you get ignored, almost like you are invisible. Any 5 star rating is from someone who spent a lot of money with Edwin Watts. Go in and see for yourself, if you are average looking you get ZERO or very little help. It's ashamed that someone at Edwin Watts would get on here and call customers liars. This is condoned at Edwin Watts, where if you tell the truth they attack you and call you a liar. Good job Edwin Watts!!!

The staff is incredibly friendly and willing to help while not applying pressure to buy anything. My teenage son visits the store regularly to try out different clubs. They are always very nice to him and have even helped him with his game (one time working with him for about 30 minutes to correct a flaw in his swing). That's the kind of service that you don't get from the "box stores". They have a great selection of clubs (new and used) and they will always help you find what you are looking for.

The customer service has vastly improved over the last year. I went in recently and was instantly greeted by a friendly salesman. He helped me pick out the clubs I was interested in and let me swing them into the net. I was there to return a bag I had bought a year ago but had broken. The salesman filled out the paperwork for me and I walked out with a replacement bag (at no charge, thanks Ping!). The first time I visited the store ~ 2 years ago, I found the customer service less than exemplary. They clearly have made changes, though, because I had an excellent experience this weekend and will surely be back!
