This café is 100% open and serves Starbucks Coffee and products. They don't accept Starbucks cards as payment. This café is in the Renaissance Hotel, right next to the Las Vegas Convention Center just a bit south. The barista was exceptionally rude several times. She was not friendly, seemed annoyed that she had to help people. Everyone can have a bad day, I get that. The 1 star is for the sub-standard customer service. The Starbucks part was excellent. It looks exactly like a Starbucks menu etc but this place is called Ego Cafe.
