Some of the best Lamb over rice I know of in the city. Shawarma is amazing. The lamb is so good, in six years, I have not tried anything else. I would go to this food cart over most choices in the city.Food: 5/5
07/19/17: 4.5 out of 5 - Saw Egyptian Bros. when I came out to try FOMO. It caught my attention because the cart's door shows that the trailer was once operated by the U.S. Department of Geological Survey. I came here after my Wednesday Run Group. So... I decided to pig out and bought the Philly Cheese Steak and the Chicken Gyro. Wow! Great meat cuts and portions for the price! And, very tasty on top of that. I look forward to trying some other items in the near future. Service is what it is. I'm a bit concerned about the transaction charge fee signage stating it would be added, but it seem to appear it was charged on my receipt. I would definitely recommend trying this place once and decide for yourself. I will definitely will be returning. Enjoy!
Yoooooo Egyptian bros is a fun little gem. Got a falafel/veggie sandwich, fries, hummus. She even asked if dairy was ok, noticing I asked for the no meat options. 5 stars.
AMAZING! I am having the lamb platter and the flavor is amazing!! I absolutely am enjoying it. I will be back again!
Excellent food, the only reason it's not 5 stars is because THEY'RE NEVER OPEN! I want to give them my money, please take my money.
Best Gyro I’ve ever had! The lamb cubes are tender and juicy, the vegetables fresh and crunchy, and the spicy sauce mixed with the tzatziki is to die for. 10/5
Absolutely legendary Egyptian/Middle eastern food. The kofta wrap was authentic and delicious, it transported me right back to the Mediterranean : the fish was also excellent & tasted very fresh!
I'm not always a fan of food carts, for various reasons. That being said... Egyptian Bro's was a welcome treat. The BEST falafel I've ever had, got it as a platter, and spicy...absolutely delicious. Tried a lamb gyro next, and the meat was beyond succulent! They have very tasty dolmas as well, and if you ask for the spicy sauce, it's a yummy option. This cart is located in the Buckman neighborhood of inner SE tucked right off 28th and the journey is money well spent!
These guys know how to make a gyro. Don't go anywhere else. Love the lamb gyro. Perfect spice, lots tender meat, fat fluffy pita Nice staff. Highly recommend.
Sooo delicious! The Lamb platter is so tasty and lots of great flavors.
