Decided to use a coupon but it had expired yet the polite young woman checked the register and still honored the discount. This is the kind of service that will make me return even without a coupon. Exceptional Service and courtesy.

I went to the subway today, and I was happily greeted buy young lady named Alexa. Not only was her service excellent, but she greeted me with a genuine smile. That's hard to find in the service industry.

When you order online 15 mins before you pick up, and they didnt even started it when I arrived. With one person in line. Come on, what's the point of online ordering when in a rush? Unpleasant experience.

The sandwich artist was phenomenally friendly, and super cool because she didn't judge when I asked for an obscene amount of onions on my sandwich.
