Einstein Bros. Bagels

Crispy Chicken Tater Breakfast was really good. They ran out of the cheesy tater bagel but it was really good with the plain one. The cinnamon bagel was really good. Not a bagel person but their bagels are super sogt

First time I have ever had a poor experience at an Einsteins. The lady at the cash register was very hard to understand and was not very helpful. We couldn’t understand what she was saying and she spoke so quietly. My wife ordered the classic ham and Swiss but with no egg. When we got rang up is was abnormally high on price. We received our food and they brought it out and it was some adbomination with lettuce tomato And mayo. Nothing we had ordered. When asked the staff was very unhelpful and tried to say it was our mistake. They did not offer to remedy. Who pays. 8.49. For a classic ham and Swiss on a Asiago bagel. They tried to say we ordered a deli sandwich which isn’t even in the menu, clearly not what we had ordered. Very very dissatisfied. The Food we received was good but very poor service and unapologetic employees make for a bad experience.

Nico is a God amongst all the bagel makers in the universe. At least the top 5. And Angel clearly cares about all of her customers. The spinach bagels are fantastic, and the snickerdoodle cookies literally changed my life. Definitely coming back.

Good, but they fold in a rush. You can't come by for lunch if you only have 30 minutes. Have been waiting 22 minutes for a sandwich. There only seemed to be a handful of people in front of me, but there were at least five sitting down waiting. Five people on line and they can only pump out one sandwich about every five minutes.

I wanted the French toast sandwich - the girl told me they were out of the French toast bagel, then proceeded to just stare at me blankly instead of suggesting an alternative to put the sandwich on. After I ordered the farm house sandwich instead (again due to the blank stare) and when I got home it didn't have the bacon on it. So they can't fulfill my first order or offer an alternative, then they mess up your order anyways. Hate this place, probably won't be going back.
