El Loro Mexican Restaurant

My mom and I come here way too often that the workers know us really well. 😁 Their food is amazing and they are all so welcoming. I always get their large shrimp cocktail 👌

Was seated and waited 1/2 hour for our drinks to come and also ordered frozen margaritas and waiter brought it over ice instead. We had to go to the bar to get a refills on our beverages, our server never once asked if we wanted a refill or asked if we needed anything else. Asked another waiter for some additional salsa for our fajitas and no one ever brought the salsa. The food was very good but the service was the worst I have ever had in a restaurant. This place is going down hill fast - go somewhere else. We left NO TIP.

Very good street tacos, my husband had fish tacos. We like it so much. My Pina colada was so yummy. I love the picture on the wall .fair prices. nice staff.

Enjoyable place to eat for a quick bite or good for a full meal as well. Good service and a nice selection on the menu.

This place don't care about customers services , I like the food but the services it's so so terrible, specially if you order food for to go , the waitress are so rude ,they acting like they run there own show not like a Team players ,They make you wait for long time when you want to pay for your food because they don't care if you waiting and your food getting cold ,They actitud towards the customers it's very poor and not acceptable , all the time when I come ,no matter if I eat inside or order for to go , you can see the place half empty few customers inside but they acting they are so busy and ignore you and pretending that you not there waiting to order or pay for the food and getting cold ,and they pretend they are to busy , I've been eating IN and I order for to go ,same results, it's very very poor services , I JUST WONDER WHO'S THE PERSON WHO'S RUNNING THIS PLACE!! I never see any professionals managers or the OWNERS of this place , They acting like they are on commission or everybody Running they own show without any supervision. .. I WON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR BUSINESSES MEETINGS OR FAMILY OR ANYTHING , ....
