Absolutely the best Peruvian cuisine we have had in a very long time! The flavors were all there and everything was so fresh and delicious. My husband ate almost all his ceviche before I could get a picture. I have seen a few reviews saying the food is off or not authentic but that is absolutely not the case. Beautiful decorated and you feel at home. Wonderful friendly and attentive staff. This is a must try! The 45 minute drive was so worth it we will absolutely be back!!!
Nice small cozy place to eat authentic peruvian food. Very clean and fast service. Food is great and flavor is great. Will definitely come back to this place when we are in the area. All these reviews I see here good and bad are very old from more then 3 years ago and older from the restaurantthat was here before. This place is newer and no more then a year old. I always look at the reviews and give my opinion and thoughts.
I don’t know if it’s a new chef you people have but I dislike how the lomo in general is now having scallions added to the dish, lomo saltado in pico de oro will never be the same anymore the dish doesn’t taste as good as it did 1 year ago.
Best Peruvian Food & Service in Elizabeth!!! Never let down - only go here if you want good food & excellent service. Very Clean. Very welcoming environment. Beautiful attention to detail. Food presentation is always up to par. Didn’t want to post this but they deserve it it’s my secret spot
I think their reviews are fake. Probably bought their reviews. I felt sick after eating their chicken. The chicken had a funny smell to it. As if they didn’t wash it. The green sauce was watery and nasty. They’re overpriced for what they sell. The chickens skin was chewy. Just disgusting. Reviews are either family members or fake pages.
Must be new chef, holly cow, what a waste of time and money, chupe de pescado was water with two small potatoes and one egg, mondonguito with extremely bad odor, look like they don care anymore, the waitress super nice feeling so embarrassed, poor girl, never again.
Peruvian food in NJ keeps getting better and this place is not an exception! Generous portions and good quality. So far I had the Lomo and Pollo a la brasa, really good!
I don’t recommend this restaurant so no one does send me cold fries over fried I have eaten improving restaurants in this one I don’t recommend and on top of that they didn’t send the sauce they always send when I called them back. The only use excuses I really didn’t like the food
This restaurant is now under new management. You can tell that the new owners are Doing their best to fix all the issues there was before . We received an amazing service and the food was delicious. Everything was Completely cooked and Fresh. I would recommend for everyone to give this place a second try!! I loved this place and will go back very soon with my family. Muchas gracias por el buen servicio! Me encanto todo !
I really wish I could give this place zero stars for having such horrible customer service. First, I asked for chicken with rice and an avocado salad. She tells me that they don't carry avocado salads. I show her on the menu where the avocado salad is and she says “oh". When our order finally came everything was completely wrong. I got so tired of having to ask for something to the point where I just left it as that. The employees didn't bother even bother to acknowledge us. I even had to get my own drink because they forgot... Horrible experience and I really hope that the owner of this place fixes this issue before he loses his business. The food isn't bad, it's the employees that lack in training. Worst customer service.
