Best pollo I've had in Elizabeth. The only thing is that when they tell you it'll be ready in 20 minutes and you come in to pick up, it usually isn't ready until 10 minutes after you come in. I've asked about this and I was told it's because they cook the fries when you walk in so that way it's nicely cooked

Ordered for pick up they said 40 minutes this was at 4pm it is now 535 pm. One hour and a half later and food is still not ready, will be ready in 10 minutes. Yeah right !!! Unbelievable !!! Terrible service. Will never order from this place again. I I can give it a zero that's what it deserves

I get to eat here a lot since I work right next to it. I love how their customer service is always awesome and they keep the spot well kept all the time. Prices are reasonable and they serve large portions.

Good food. Affordable prices. Friendly Staff, but they got a problem with the mask usage.

The Pollo a la Brasa is well seasoned, the bistec a lo pobre has great flavor and thoroughness. The arroz chaufa could be a little better, but overall the portions are solid! The wait and mix up of orders is occasionally is a hassle, but that would be the only downfall. Just get delivery, much easier!
