El Pollo Loco

The last time I visited this particular location, I was very disappointed with the food. I mentioned how small the chickens were and that the inside was closed. I was very hesitant on visiting this location but I'm glad I did, the customer service was great, the chicken moist, beans and coleslaw delish. The new birria burritos were a disappointment, that was an easy pass. Just get the combos or burritos.

Made the mistake of coming here....waited 25mins for a mobile pick up that should have been ready. Guacamole was disgusting.. terrible service and food! Won't be back!! And to top it off we found a bone in one of our burritos!!!Food: 1/5

I can tell that the employees are fairly new because they didn't acknowledge people who came up to the register or counter. They were busy working hard, but ignoring the customers isn't good. When they did finally come to take our order, the girl was very sweet and hospitable. The chicken is always good. We got the 2 person meal. The churros were a little overdone. And there was hardly any dressing on the side salads. We had to ask for utensils and napkins, again, I think it's because they are new employees. The tables needed to be cleaned, too. We didn't ask for anything else because of the waiting for them to acknowledge our presence. Again, they were really hustling to handle everything, so it didn't bother me too much. Will we go back? Definitely. They just need to get the hang of it all and I'm sure they will.

Pollo loco, I love your food but what's up with the chicken on the bowls??? This is my third time getting a bowl and lord it's all burn pieces.Food: 2/5

I thought ide give this place another shot. I ordered 2 thighs, a chicken taco and a small cold slaw, The thighs were delicious, the taco was dry the tortilla was musty and they gave me more onions than chicken, I didnt order an onion taco. They should stick to chicken. The small slaw was $4.59 a rip off. Im done with this restaurant $15 for those small items. Time to look for a better spot

I would give a zero if I could. Please check your order. I just went through the drive thru and ordered a tostada salad and an avocado burrito. I asked for extra salad dressing and received none. The burrito does not have avocado on it and has so much hot sauce it’s inedible. What a disappointment!

I was there on the drive thru. When I get to order they says certain things on the menu are not being made of course what I wanted so I settled for a POLLO bowl...well let me tell you, it's not a pollo bowl, its a rice and beans bowl. Very disappointed I got chicken scraps

I usually like el pollo loco, but my pollo bowl had burned pieces of chicken and not much of it. And they ran out of cilantro. I went thru the drive thru so I can't really rate the atmosphereFood: 1/5

Went to Pollo loco. Ordered specifically due to my strict diet program. They were able to make my food as ordered. The place was cool because it was so hot outside. The workers were friendly and courteous. The cashier was attentive and patient. My older cousin had questions and undecided what she wanted. We ate indoors. It was clean and there was a worker cleaning right away. I do recommend this Pollo loco

Pollo loco they really need to improve on the sauces. Classic tostada are not the same with not sauce and dressing. Need to please to get. Not good.
