The Flame Broiler

Worker and cook on their phones all day ...not paying attention messing up orders and taking their sweet time . Horrible experience. And they don't even add good portions . Also saw a lady complaining about the undercooked chicken here

the cashier sam seems like she doesn’t wanna work and has selective attitude. we waited for a long time while the cook was relaxing on his phone in the back just for one of our bowls to have a hair in it.

First time trying it. I got the plate with vegetables and chicken. No rice. It came with a cabbage salad and half an orange. The chicken was, I assume, flame broiler so there was flavor from the flame broiling but there was no other flavor from any kind of seasoning. There are sauces available and I tried the hot one, which I liked.

I go here all the time, samantha is always friendly and she’s the reason i keep coming back. There was a girl before with dark hair i think her name was karen, she was always grumpy and seems as if she hated her job. great food and fast service! i never write reviews but this location is the best flame broiler i’ve gone to. The food taste the best here i’m not too sure why. The only bad thing is that they don’t do the specials like other flame broilers do with the drink combo. The service here is excellent the cashier samantha was very nice and fast. Friendly with all customers and other customers seemed to have a relationship with her because she knew their orders, they must be regulars. chef was fast i got my bowl very quickly.

I go here for my husband, who is trying to eat healthier. The staff is amazing, always greated with a smile and she remembers his order every time and always makes sure to get it just right. She deserves a raise, that's for sure.

Best Flame Broiler. Karen memorized my and my coworkers order and is also super nice. Other than that it's a very regular Flame Broiler. Just a quick update: Karen has moved on to bigger and better opportunities. The current staff at flame broiler is great too though.

Walk into the Flame Broiler at Vineyard and 60 Fwy in Ontario. Young lady was sweeping the floor and a guy was in the back with a young kid. I stood there for five minutes while they continued sweeping and playing with the kid in the back. I just walked out. Can’t imagine business has been good lately. Not a good way of making it any better.
