I rarely leave a 1 star. But the last few time I have gone here. The service has gone down and down. Today was the last straw I will find a new subway even though this one is across the street from my house. Place is under staffed 1 worker for a Saturday afternoon. He was in absolute no hurry. We where the second in line and waited for 30 minutes before we finally walked out.
Immediately low review, the person working today just caused a major health code violation by cross-contaminating my food with my family's by using the same knife to slice each sandwich, he also dropped a certain vegetable into the lettuce & tomato container. Pretty sure the employee was also on a call with someone due to me hearing random mumbling in between tasks. The employee working also just gave off a rude depressing attitude, which made the gloomy place feel even worse. Never going to this subway location again.
They guy on Sunday is not happy at all working there, he was basically forced to make my sandwich, .... so sad I was craving for a subway since I moved to the area, I won't come back for sure.Food: 2/5
Worst customer service the guy today had a moody face did not make my sandwich with love just looking made me lost my appetite 15 dollars for nothing looks so plain ugh never going back
Worst Cusromer Service Ever!! 1st i got there 10 minutes b4 they opened i was fine with waiting.The general Manager left to get starbucks came back open the door, waited a few minutes to go in she didnt say hi or anything she was doing her morning count still so i had to wait close to 10 minutes till she helped me. Well she didnt even have nothing ready or the oven ready i had to get something i didnt want. She was the rudest person i met. Second the asian manager was so rude. I just left and told ger i didnt want my nothing no more. Subway needs to hire people that are happy and have great customer service. WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS SUBWAY!!!
Super friendly and nice staff they serve you with a big smile and do your sandwich as if it were for them. When my sandwich was done, I realized I had forgotten my wallet, I was so embarrassed, but Woodrow gave me options to pay. I'll definitely come back here.Food: 5/5
I rarely give 1 stars but I got 2 issues w/ today's service... 1 - The 2 people working had NO idea about the Subway Rainy Day Special Google it, it's a thing!! and the employee helping me said "I've never heard about that." The 2nd employee just looked at me like a deer in headlights. 2 - I ordered anyways but after all that, I wasn't given any napkins boo
Nice staff, but I had to change my stars to only two because the last two times I visited this store there were flies on the food behind the glass and the staff chose to ignore them and just shoo them away with their hands and would continue to make the customers sandwiches. News flash: flies leave larvae, larvae leave maggots! No thank you.
Customer service is amazing, the staff are always welcoming and willing to make adjustments on your sandwichs as needed.
I went in there for lunch at 1230 pm. Not busy at all and only had 3 kinds of bread of white, wheat and 9 grain. I was like okay and I'll have the new Italian hero but guess what they didn't have the meat ready for that sandwich. Which they are advertising. I will not come to this subway ever again. I'd rather drive to another one out of my way than come here again
