Jimmy John's

This is awesome. The food is really good. We did have one problem but when I went back to the store and show them the sandwich was made wrong. They happily remade the sandwich. The staff is very friendly. I would definitely suggest this store to anyone. Their sandwiches are good.

I worked at a Jimmy John's in Florida for over a year and was offered a manager in training position. I considered working for this specific store since it's close by but the employees, save for a select few, just don't care for high quality customer care. Never have I seen terrible service for high quality food. They never get my sandwiches right. It's not hard to make a 30 second sub. But the employees must find it so hard to read a receipt the goes down the line with the the sandwich to ensure the sub is made with everything the customer asked for. Save your money, go to a different Jimmy John's or make a sandwich at home.

Idk what happened with my sandwich. I've eaten Jimmy John's before a few times at catered lunches/parties & the food was always good. However, the sandwich I got as my first solo attempt was just dry, lacking, and not as I remembered. Idk if it was the location or the type of sandwich/ bread I got. ‍ Twas disappointed since I really wanted a good sandwich that day. Maybe I'll try a different combination next time I decide to stop at one of your locations.

Cool place! The lady that took my order was very friendly. Good food. Almost $12 for an 8" sub, chips, cookie, and drink seems a little high to me. That's why I didn't give them 5 stars.

Disappointed with this Jimmy Johns. I've been going to the one in Corona, there great and very gracious with the amount of food that's in the sandwich, you get what you pay for. I got the beach club like always and in it was a tint of green which is supposed to be avocado??? I paid a more for this sandwich because it has avocado but all I got was a smidge of it as if they ran out.

I live by this restaurant. All I will say is eat somewhere else. Tasteless meat. Workers have head sets on running around crazy music is blasting. There a senior couple eating in a booth. The food is bland. I have to remind them to mark my 3 sandwiches. I got combos. You get a drink you choose a cookie or bag of chips or a pickle. I told them I'm new to jimmy johns I asked to explain there menu. No help with that the girls response was that one is for kids and that one in middle is regular and that one is more meat. I had to ask for my receipt the girl told me they keep it to see they make the sandwich right. They will put receipt in the bag.i had to ask for a drink carrier and more napkins. One of the workers told me there in the bag. I said I need more than 1 napkin. So he gave me 2 more. I noticed when I pass by this location it's empty now I know why. Bland food soggy cheese over ripe tomatoes a few slivered onions. Hardly no vinegar vegetable oil instead of olive oil.little oragano. Save your money go Jersey Mikes on Grove and Philadelphia. If I could I would go back and get my money back. YUCKY FOOD.

Ordered one sandwich, a BLT, got the veggie instead. Maybe the girl didnt hear me right. But was a yummy mistake. The 9 grain sliced bread is thick. Awesome sandwich. Im a truck driver, and there are subways in many truck stops. Its disgusting. Tired of them. This is a welcome change and I will be back. The salt and vinegar chips were also very good.

Best sandwiches anywhere! I had lunch here while waiting for a family member at the hospital. We eat at the one in Moreno Valley a Iot. I just wish you included the Hidden Springs area in your delivery zone There are some days when we've been doing yard work or other stuff and just really don't feel like driving to pick up. I know...lazy!! Lol. But, we order online and it's always ready. Even when we've eaten lunch there it's ready ridiculously fast. And you HAVE TO get the pickle

This specific location Needs some better managers and training/hiring. I ordered from other jimmy John's before and had a nicer experience at the other locations. I went through the drive thru at the Vineyard/ Ontario location. First, the lady says please place your order. I begin to speak and Then the lady cuts me off and asks if I want to try their special sub. So I proceeded and asked for the Porker . She said what is that ? I had to explain that it's a sandwich they sell and on the menu. I could tell the girl was new but I felt like the Manager besides her was not giving the positive attitude that the new girl needs to set the tone for Jimmy John's. let's just say leadership starts from the top. When I got home I ate my sandwich and it Contained wilted veggies and the bread seemed stale/ more firm than the exact sandwich I ate from the Rancho Cucamonga spot one week earlier . Long story short, if Jimmy John cares about their name they need to put some care and quality into this location. It's sad that this location is right by my house but because of my bad experience , and reading the reviews of others now , I will look somewhere else for dinner tonight despite contemplating Jimmy John's for a moment . Sorry Jimmy but show us you care . Or else I'd rather someone more considering would reside in that location near my home. it does seem empty now when I drive by. seems like no one wants their free smells.

So Close to our office, glad that YumMMmmmy sandwiches are available to our liking and taste fresh, and like Mom made them for me while I waited! You will be very happy..... 1/2 filled me up but I ate the whole thing!
