El Rincon Tropical founded in 2008 by David Tarrats and Angela Rivera as a family owned restaurant, offers authentic Puerto Rican as well as american food, drinks and music for the whole family. We offer a variaty of latin based events through out the weekend to bring that nice Puerto Rican feel for those of us overseas that want to kick back and relax in a Puerto Rican enviroment just like we do in the island and invite our american friends to eat, drink and party with us.
In 2009 El Rincon Tropical rapidly grew in to one of the hottest Puerto Rican restaurant in Virginia Beach with its enticing Puerto Rican cuisine. In November of 2010 we had the pleasure of incorporating to our team Mr. Jeffrey Matos and family.
