Definition of a great deli
They were very rude. Management was very upset and proceed to give me a lecture on how to run a business, when ask a question.

Lady working there is polite, food is good.
Decent sandwiches however extremely overpriced. $8.50 cents for a grilled chicken sandwich on a ROLL and wants to charge me 50 cents to add cheese. What kind of grilled chicken sandwich DOESNT come with cheese and addition $1.50 to add avocado. Very frugal stay away.
It,s like going back in time to a New York that doesn,t exist anymore.
Been around since i was a kid. The best then and still the best now. Staff is wonderful. Always fresh food and clean.
