Elder Air

Always professional, clean covers on shoes and quick! We purchased the twice a year maintenance plan and have been very happy with it thus far. I have noticed that they do not recommend things that are not necessary. And they always send someone who is knowledgeable, usually the same person each time. My husband and I have been very happy with the company, their techs and service!

Scheduled maintenance for inspection prior to turning on furnace. Received text and scheduled a convenient time to have this done. Technician, Ray, called ahead to let me know he was heading to my home. He arrived and checked furnace. He pointed out a part that was not performing as it should and suggested it be replaced, and provided the cost. He had the replacement part on his truck and conveniently was able to take care of the problem while he was here. Excellent service as always!

Moving into a new location, we needed assistance with nearly full HVAC condensate pan in attic. From 2 references, we chose Elder Heating & Air to help us. The dispatchers worked with our situation of not quite yet owning the property, but we needed attn as soon as we Closed on this home. They were terrifically accommodating, and dispatched Ray to inspect, determine the issues and suggest work, and estimated charges. The threat of a ceiling leak was resolved when he came. The condensing unit was checked, tested, okayed… dirty air return filters were replaced… and we agreed with a suggestion by Ray to have him back another day to install a water-backup-level control to shutoff unit power, if overflow becomes eminent. We feel more secure, and enjoy our system at work, operating correctly. We are pleased with Elder, and hope to request other improvements in coming year.

My boyfriend could not have been happier with the young men who came and worked on our heating/ac unit. They were extremely fast and careful. The large parts were out and gone before I knew it and the new parts were in. He was especially pleased at how pleasant and respectful the whole crew was. When all was done the unit works perfectly, and when it came time to pay it was almost 2k less than the quote for the same thing from another company. Who would not appreciate the professionalism and great product while saving some money on top of it. Elder Heating and Air is top of the line.. Fast, Professional and reasonably Priced. We would highly recommend them!!!

Elder Heating and Air are awesome! They did a full A/C and furnace install on my home and I have nothing but excellent things to say. Marshal, Noah and the rest of the crew worked as a team to get me up and running in no time. Any questions or requests that I had were answered and or honored quickly. Will was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. He actually cared about our needs - not “upselling” - but listened to us and gave us several options to choose from. We had a new unit installed the next day!

The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. He advised me on potential problems that may arise later. Overall he did an awesome job.

Elder Heating offers reasonably priced maintenance programs for your HVAC. Technician, William Edward's was very thorough and patient with my numerous questions. EH was referred to me and I feel confident referring them to others as well.

The technician was punctual, polite and efficient. He identified the issue quickly and completed the job in a very reasonable time. Great work!

Our AC started malfunctioning on a 95 degree day- as a 33 weeks pregnant mom with a toddler I panicked and called Elder HVAC. They sent someone out within 3 hours and had us back up and running for minimal cost in comparison to unit replacement. Thank you.
