I took my mom in for a cut and style today for the first time in about 10 years. She was super nervous because it had been so long but Sam made sure that she had the most amazing experience! As soon as we walked in he was all smiles! My mom is hard of hearing so when I explained that she has a cochlear implant that will need to come off and that she will not be able to hear him, he was very compassionate and accommodating! He made sure to understand exactly what she wanted before he started. Asked many questions and was very patient! The whole time he would pause and make sure to show her what he was doing and make sure she was ok with it! All over very very good experience! She absolutely loves her hair! Sam is AMAZING!! I have never been disappointed . When he washes your hair he gives you a head massage that almost puts you to sleep. He also has a blow dry with his round brushes that makes your hair look like a celebrity . Sam has been in the business for along time and is very knowledgeable . His salon is also very clean and beautiful. Plus he sells alot of products. I will NEVER go anywhere else.
