I have never had issues dry cleaning my nice formal and business clothes here. Pricing is comparable to other nearby cleaners. The woman is very nice always.

First and very very last time I left 10 items one being a summer dress this placed charged $9 to dry clean a summer dress that’s half the price I paid for the dress to begin with. The owner claimed she gave me 20% off 10 items dry cleaned for $58 dollars is insane. If there was a scale with zero that would be what this highway robbery place is worth. Not to mention the service done to my cloths is awful. All she could say is yes we are high and did you just move here?! No!!! I made the mistake of not using my original cleaners of 10 yrs that is further away to use this one that is the closest to me. Sad and worst mistake I made. I should have known this was bad because they didn’t quote my price upfront. Terrible service

I live an hour away and still think it is worth taking my clothes all the way to this store. You can go to other stores and pay less but, you will not get the same quality or service. Our clothes come back cleaner, wrinkle free and smell fantastic.

Beware. Expect to be gouged. I spent $18 with tax to dry clean 3 pants $5.19 each and this was not for next day pick up either. I was taken back by my total and the women working the shop laughed and said "we're expensive". I tried this business since it was very close to my residence, but it is definitely not worth it. I'll take my business back to West Gray Cleaners. Stay away.
