We are so glad we found West U cleaners! Our work clothes needed love and care. The owner was so pleasant and kind to us. If you are looking for a place with great customer service, and quality A-1 cleaning needs and alterations, look no further. Don't waste your time just go to West-U, it's worth the drive.

the older gentleman is very rude , i called to ask about the increase in prices and he hang up on me , was too busy to explain the sudden increase , for one week to the other , the pants price went from $3.49 to $ 4.99 . I started to come there 3 weeks ago and will not come back again .

Finally found a good dry cleaning place in the Bellaire area! The gentleman who work here is so friendly and remembered my name after just 1 encounter. Prices are reasonable, service is quick, and they got the job done. I’ll definitely be back!

I saw a great price and I decided to swap cleaners. Save 20 cents an item. I should checked the price first. $1.59 bate and switch. I was charged $2.20 per items. The deal is for one item. That's why the guy insisted that I pay on pickup. Don't be deceived. I'll never go back.

Absolutely remarkable service and honor at West U Cleaners!!! I'm a general contractor and my painter had left a WWII Army sack full of my client's dad's uniforms outside and it rained10 pieces, and I panicked having a father who is a vet myself, so I ran to the nearest cleaners and they said they would try their best to clean it. It was really bad. So a week later I came in to see if they were able to do it an not only were they able to restore it to nearly new, but they comped it all and said to me "thank you!" Probably over $100 in profit free! God bless the kind people at West U Cleaners and I recommend them to the highest!!!

I will never do business with this West-U Cleaners… This is the most unscrupulous cleaners store that I ever have encountered. I will never again bring my business to this horrible, money sucking place. They has no compassion for disaster stricken Houstonian, in the contrary they shamelessly take advantage of the hurricane Harvey flood to gouge as much money from their customs as possible. As Harvey still ravages Houston with much flooding, this West-U Cleaners suddenly increased their charge by at least $1 per piece of clothing, in anticipation that many flooded families would have to bring clothes to be washed at their store because home washing machines and dryers were destroyed by the flood. For my 125 items they would have made at least an additional of $125 more than normal by taking advantage of this natural disaster. While thousands of good Americans selflessly and voluntarily came with their boats to help rescuing flooded victims, and then afterward thousands more voluntarily helped cleaning out flooded houses in neighborhoods all over Houston, this drycleaners store owners see the flood as a chance to gouge more money out from people who have been supporting his business for many years. This make me very sad, and very angry. We should no longer bring our business to this evil drycleaners store. I rate this store 1 star because I cannot go any lower. Such unscrupulous and evil business man who only see our suffering as a way for racking in more money to his/her pocket should not be tolerated and supported in our beloved Houston / Bellaire city for they do not care about us a bit. Let’s do not bring our business to this West-U Cleaners, I certainly will never come now and in the future.

Deals for first responders/military uniforms and have always experienced great customer service

Always great customer service. Altering is excellent. Have had several items adjusted or repaired. Clothes cleaned without issue everytime.
