Elegant Shoe Repair

I brought three items to be repaired: a pair of sandals that needed holes put in the straps, a pair of keds that needed new soles, and a Coach backpack that needed to be re-dyed. They did fantastic work on all three items! I could not be happier with my results. I included photos of my bag for reference. It’s good as new!

I dropped off a very busted pair of leather knee high boots where the zipper was destroyed .. and these guys fixed it by the end of day when I asked if it was possible. They even polished the shoe and fixed the other shoe without asking. Such a kind business. The shoes are authentic leather and 10 years old and they fixed them both for under 100 which is very good. I am so grateful. I would highly reccomend. Don't go anywhere else.

Left a pair of expensive sneakers for a re glue and they just did a terrible job. All I asked for was a re glue and he glued the midsole but the glue was spread onto the shoe itself. Not only that but he sowed the midsole to the upper of the shoe and it just looks ridiculous. To make it worst , with red thread and he told me it looked good. Definitely do not recommend.

My bootss were busted . Guys did an exellent job dyeing them. I will recommend to everybody I know. Thanks!

Overpriced, waste of time. Wanted to charge $35 for heel taps. I bargained down to $20 and left my shoes. Was told to come back the next day, same time. When I did, the owner told me he did not recall telling me to come back the next day same time and that I had to wait. I took my shoes back and will take my business elsewhere.

Brought a couple of Harley boots that I have had for years and are currently discontinued. One of which the sole had ripped from the shoe and the other with internal issues. He brought them back to life and gave them a like new look and shine. Couldn’t be happier with the quality of work, customer service, and the pricing. Highly recommend.

Got my favorite shoes reheled and resolved. Love it 5 stars!
