Just picked up my 2011 ES 350 today. Good dealership, easy purchase process. I bought out-of-state. I handled all the paperwork remotely; then flew up to pick up the vehicle. Bryan was very responsive and kept in communication through the entire time. I paid a little more for this vehicle than I normally would; however, I was looking or a rare option package and color combination. I'm very satisfied with my car. They didn't play the typical dealership games. I prefer dealing with the smaller guys anyway. Less hassle. Car was detailed prior to purchase, but with it being spring, it was quickly covered again in pollen. It would have been nice if they did a quick re-wash, but no big deal. I paid 10 bucks and ran it through the wash across the street before heading home.

We just bought a used Tesla from Elite and truly, the experience was perfect. Maybe it is because they are Virginian gentlemen but they kept their word on everything and there weren't the usual surprises we've encountered in the past. Bryan, who knew we were coming from NJ, kept his word and told other potential clients that the car had a deposit on it so that we wouldn't have wasted a six hour trip. The car was just as described but Bryan had already gone out of the way doing a video chat with us going over the car in advance. He and his manager took extra time explaining the process for an out of state purchase and even though I was still confused, they patiently reexplained things until I was satisfied. When we had the car inspected, there was one minor problem and Bryan said he would work with me on some reasonable reimbursement after the repair was completed. I normally would have thought that I'd never hear from them again but based on my experience I'm sure they will follow through. I'm giving them five stars but would give more if possible. First rate dealer and very honest !!!!

I had an awesome experience here. Freddy is the greatest. He's very professional but also provided a relaxed and no pressure environment. The work closely with The Subie Guy so if you are looking for a used Subaru this is the place to go. I am extremely happy with my buying experience.

This is quite possibly the worst piece of trash dealership...... Ever. Freddy who runs it is extremely dishonest and fraudulent in his practicing. They advertise that they are part of the viada and niada..... (Look them up) but it turns out they were kicked out of those organizations over a year ago and came up with a fake logo to fool people into thinking that they are a reputable company. They like to bully the potential buyers into taking the horrible deals on their cars and then tell them that they are idiots for buying them the way they did. I believe that the majority of the reviews they have are faked just to make them look better. But if you actually talk to someone who has been involved with them then you will quickly see what a horrible excuse for a dealership they are.
