Elite Coach provided transport for 13 of my friends along with myself for our senior prom. I've got to say, the interior of the bus was very high quality and the ride was very smooth. The driver was clearly experienced and made the trip streamlined and fun. I highly recommend Elite Coach for your transportation needs!

Elite Coach provided transportation for my daughter's wedding. The Driver was on time and very nice. The bus looked brand new and was top notch. Their fleet is very large and diverse, they were able to give me tons of options for any different size. The office staff was professional and experienced. The Elite team was for sure the Wedding professionals that I had been looking for!

Do not use this company. They employ and support unsafe drivers. Today, one of their CDL drivers road raged and hit our car on purpose. He then proceeded to scream at my husband, refuse to exchange information etc. When I called Wlite Coach to report it they were rude and dismissive. He then went on to pick up school children (as he himself stated).

The limo bus was great and the driver was awesome! I'm giving a one star because we went 15 minutes over our time but only because there was a motorcycle accident and we had to reroute which made us go over our time limit. While I was on my honeymoon elite charged me $78 with out me knowing. I feel that I should of not got charged because the motorcycle accident was not my fault. Also $78 is a lot for just 15 minutes over I paid a lot of money for this bus for wedding, I tried explaining this to them but they just didn't care. I will never use elite again and I will tell everyone what happen to me and for them to not go with elite. Thank you!

ABSOLUTLEY ABYSMAL SERVICE. I cannot speak to The limo service that they run… But I have had multiple interactions (read: Michelle, Gordon, and Greg) with them trying to get truck caps installed and serviced and they have been horrid to deal with nearly every time. When I first got my truck cap installed here they lied week after week saying that it would be here on Friday, I ended up having to re-schedule a trip out west because my cap was over a month late getting installed. I cannot stress enough to go ANYWHERE else, this is a terrible company. There is no accountability from the top down and no one takes ownership of problems that arise! It’s just a “tough luck” attitude when THEY fail to follow through on what they have REPETEDLY PROMISED. I just drove 45 minutes one way to get a new window installed only to find out that the part did not arrive on Friday as they promised. No one saw fit to call me and reschedule my appointment, so here I am in Murrysville on an already busy Monday for no reason and no apologies were made because they cannot accent that anything is their fault. There are a lot of people in this game, and while I do not have another company specifically to recommend, I am sure you cannot do worse than Elite. STAY FAR AWAY.
