Not a very organized trip to NYC.  Wellington Hotel had problems. Dallas BBQ was not good. Tour guide in NY was great.  Best part of trip. Never did see sections of NY that were on itinerary. Difficult to get a hold of any one in the office.  Had plenty of time to see more of NY but it was not used.  Parade in NY cancelled last day of sightseeing.  Disappointment.

This company has left a baseball team by the side of the road with no heat on a broken down bus waiting for a replacement bus to come some 5-6 hours to pick up the players. They have not made any attempt to move the team to a restaurant or facility to warm up or get something to eat. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Worst ever!!!!!!!!

These school busses just fly down the street. Nearly took my drivers side mirror off this morning. I've called and complained and absolutely nothing changed. I don't know where they hire these fools but it's a disaster waiting to happen.
