I really love your establishment. Your front office staff and technicians are an amazing group of people. Your selection in eyewear is amazing. I am never disappointed and I truly enjoy my visits.

Actual eye care and general service regarding appointments is about average. However, the atmosphere is very egotistic. It is near impossible to get face time or even phone time with the doctor if you have any questions. The front desk staff will question you on your needs in a way that makes you feel unimportant. In the mean time the doctor walks through the front office multiple times without ever stopping to greet or even make eye contact with you (I was the only patient in the building at this time). The staff will then go check with the doctor and come back to tell you how she is busy and does't have any time to talk to you. Same scenario if you call, the staff say they will talk to the doctor and call you back but there is never a return call. Very poor customer service and condescending attitude every time I have dealt with them.

Friendly staff, however, the prescription I received is awful,. I should have taken the glasses back..I felt like the exam was quick and non personal. Won't be going back.
