Dr. Harvey Ohriner & Associates

My and my daughters bought glasses, when we picked them up it was a disaster. My glasses did not come with any nose pads, one of my daughters glasses was missing a nose pad, her glasses were crooked and my other daughters nose pads were mismatched, one being slightly larger than the other. When the person gave us the glasses he didnt even ask us if the glasses were good, didnt ck any of the eyeglasses and didnt bother to "fit the glasses" on our faces. I had to go back the next wk all the way across town, Kathy at that office was able to fix all our glasses, no problem and was kine and considerate.
