Las Vegas Family Eye Care

I'd been going here for about six years. In the past, a few of the staff have been rude, but I liked the eye doctor so I dealt with it. But for the last three years in a row, my prescription for my contacts has been wrong. That means going back again, getting the contacts checked only for the doctor to say, yes you're correct, these contacts aren't accurate. Really? I think I should know whether or not I can actually "see" clearly. Then you have to wait again for the lenses with the correct and accurate prescription to come in. This will be the last time I get my eyes checked here. Word of advice, If a patient says they can't see clear out of their new contact lenses, I suggest you listen to the patient. Either that or instead of just having them come in to pick up their lenses, have your patient put the new lenses in while they are there and take five minutes to make sure the prescription is correct. After all, it is their money they are spending in order for them to be able to see clearly.

It's actually great here, the doctor is so nice! It's small so it's weird, pretty humid inside if it's hot outside, doesn't take long. I enjoyed my visit 🤘 it's not too bad as the other comments (everyone is different)

Fantastic staff, wonderful doctors, I've been going here for 3 years now and love them. They always help you save as much money as possible no hidden fees you know exactly what you are getting and how much it cost. They are great with kids as well. I highly recommend them.

They went above and beyond for me. The doctor made sure i understood what was happening with my eye sight. The staff is super friendly and they always give me call to see if my new contacts are working for me. I highly recommend them. Oh and the offices and bathroom are always spotless.

I have been going to Las Vegas Family Eye Care for years and they are awesome! I originally saw Dr. Magdato and she is the best, always personable and really cares for her patients. Due to her schedule changing I have seen Dr. V for the last two years, and she is awesome as well, she definitely fits well at this office. I've always had a great experience, from the moment I have called to schedule an appointment, to the time of trying to select what pair of eye glasses to get, they are very helpful and patient. I definitely recommend this office, everybody is super friendly and courteous! Margarita S.
